There's no full group as of yet. It's kind of informal. I wanted to take ttb and coldenergy through. So I'm sure there will be room for a few others.

I know I am far behind compared to most folks here but I finally reached 30! I haven't done VOG or bought the first expansion pack but I think I am ready for it!

I think I might I have to build Hunter class next because I got a Lucky Raspberry armor and Achy (something) Symbiotic helmet that I found on mars.

So I just beat CE on normal. No big deal. I've beaten it many times.

But being as how there were no experienced sword bearers in the group, I took it upon myself to wield the sword and slice and dice Crota. It took us 4 or 5 times to beat him. But on that last run, we were able to kill him after 2 runs, no ogres. First time I killed Crota with the sword. I gotta admit, it felt pretty damn good.

Thanks to coldenergy, ttbhg, casual, senuser, and kjr. Well done boys.

Just beat Crota again on normal. And once again, I was sword bearer. I'm glad I took the time to learn how to do it. It's kinda hard at first, but once you try it over and over again, you eventually get the hang of it. It feels good being the guy to run it when no one else can. This was only my second time. Earlier tonight I was a Hunter and this last run I was a Warlock. I'll be looking to do one more CE normal tomorrow evening.

I feel like I'm talking to myself in this thread now....

I was with Adam and Andy last night but I'll take all the props I can get, deserved or otherwise. I had a lot of fun with those guys doing it my first time. I feel like it's definitely something that needs to be done a few times to figure it out.

I did get one new gun last night. Light of the Abyss fusion rifle that I googled and it's apparently great for PvP. I think this game is trying to tell me something. I was a little disappointed when the exotic drop happened and Adam got another g-horn and I got six radiant shards.

Yeah, we definitely needed that extra firepower at the end. It went really smooth up to the point of not having enough rockets to down him at the end. Took like five minutes once Casual jumped in to save the day.

Thanks again for having patience and explaining everything as we went through. I'm down to do it again. Maybe this time Dodger and the other dudes can jump in and we can run it fully staffed.

Nice!! I can only handle staying up that late one night a week, mostly because the wife stays to agro on me after a while.
