Well, the Memorial Day weekend is winding down. Burgers and dogs on the grill, a juicy watermelon in the cooler...and Blu-ray covers till 2 in the morning

Warner just released a 40th anniversary Blu-ray of Blazing Saddles with one of the most horrible covers in recent memory...

I put this together using the new disc feature listing on the back...

Another golden oldie that is in need of some cover art love in the "good" version of The Thomas Crown Affair...

Finally, time to ditch another digibook. This time it's Blade Runner. I've looked at other covers, but I really wanted classic art on the front and the more minimalist digibook art on the back. This cover is sized for a standard case as I use the 12mm 3-disc cases.

You know, this has some really great potential for a fun variation between a slipcover and the cover on the actual case.

With the exception of the young version of Magneto in the background, all of the characters visible on your front cover are from the 'future.'

If you could edit out that young version of Magneto, this would make a great slip cover. Then, if you can find decent images, make a cover in a similar style using the younger cast from 1973, with a large image of Wolverine in his 70s close. That is, of course, dependent on finding good source material to make a cover from, but if you can find it, the end result would be REALLY aweaome!

Yeah, I've noticed that Magneto problem, I am thinking about putting young Charles there somewhere and maybe replacing Colossus with someone else. Beast, maybe?

Also trying to find a way to make previous 5 movies in a similar way, but it's not easy

After a long break I managed to finish my collection of Star Wars. I know that in the near future there will be new episodes, but so far my collection is complete.

I made two versions - dark and bright, I hope you will like it.

I see all the covers and I have to say they're exceptional! A fresh take on a familiar concept and franchise that works mostly flawlessly. Great job!
