Honestly I think there is only 2 guns that you should have duplicates of: Ice Breaker and Ghorn. They are the most useful gun for every PvE situation.

On to Suros. It is the only AR worth anything now IMO and it is a shadow of its former self. They shouldnt have adjusted all ARs in a patch just should have nerfed Suros a little to appease the never happy PvP minority. Suros was the the AR being complained about the most.

Lol, I have multiples of a lot of things. Suros, Ice Breaker, Hunger, Fate bringer, VOC, Red death, felwinter's lie, Jolders hammer....

And to justify the nerf, bungie showed a data chart of weapon kills in PvP during the Iron Banner... um, yes, everyone was using it for the damned same auto rifle bounty! Duh!

I was using Suros in rumble the other day, it still worked fine.

I'd be happy with just one each of the ones you mentioned. If they ever come up for sale I'm buying three of each. I know icebreaker was sold a month or two ago but I only started playing destiny seriously about two or three weeks ago when I found this thread so I missed it.

Same. Put the bullets in the head and it works well.

I don't keep duplicates because I'm constantly moving armor and other stuff from one character to another, so I just move weapons at the same time. I do have 2 Jolder's Hammers though, void and arc.

Still don't have Fatebringer which is my #1 most wanted weapon but at same time, I hardly do VoG HM. Have done so many CE raids and still no Hunger of Crota but yet have gotten 4 Word of Crotas. Don't mind since it's a great hand cannon but give me a weapon that I don't have.

I hope Xur will sell Vex or Thunderlord in the near future.

My first 2 crotas gave hungers, later i got a 3rd. I also don't have a Ghorn, I think that plays into the chances too.

Just want to add my two pennies' worth. My personal opinion is, if you didn't have it before the nerf then you don't know what you're actually missing out on. I despise auto-rifles in this game and mostly play with hand cannons and scout. I picked up Hard Light when Xur had it up for sale a few weeks back. It's collecting dust in my vault. However, I had Suros drop on me last week. I LOVE THIS RIFLE. It's ridiculously fun to use in PvE especially with the Focused Fire perk, and it gets better after Suros Regime perk is unlocked. I've been swapping it between all my characters when I run bounties and ROC strikes. Needless to say I didn't hesitate to grab a second one when I saw Xur had it last night. Now I'll be swapping it even less.

I've been waiting a long time to get Suros, so I'm happy that Xur is finally selling it. I bought 2 of them...1 for my Warlock(s) and 1 for my Hunter. It sucks that Bungie nerfed the AR's, but I'm sure it's still a great gun. The impact on it looks fantastic for an AR.

Tonight I'm down for some normal or hard Crota's End runs. I'll be home from work around 4 pacific.

Yeah when Zoomed with Focused Fire the impact IMO feels as good as some of the legendary machine guns I've had. With exception to the tougher enemies, it feels like a "mini machine gun"

. I'd have grabbed 2 as well so that I could have one for all my characters, but I also had to grab Armamentarium for my Titan so I didn't have enough.

I'm game for some Crota tonight as well. I'd like to try my Hunter if it's Normal since I've been stuck on level 30 for a few days. I have just about everything on my armor unlocked to get to 31, but I'm not getting many armor drops for Sapphire Wire, and I don't want to spend any more glimmer to buy armor to shred. It's annoying because my Titan and Warlock are the opposite and get armor drops like there's no tomorrow.

I'm in the same boat as you. I never get enough sapphire wire, but always get boatloads of Warlock Hadronic essence.
