Neither of them look official. Both of them look like fan artwork (Also notice the "Artwork Not Final" note at the bottom).

Probably.

But I thought it was a pretty good end to the trilogy, loaded with flaws as it is. Though there was pretty much nowhere to go but down after The Dark Knight.

Nope, I was disappointed as well. I LOVE the first two but this one I don't know, too many plot holes not enough Batman, best part of it for me was Catwoman.

As of right now, there doesn't seem to be anything special about getting it from Best Buy. I'm hoping though that as the release date gets closer there's some info about a possible steelbook to match the other two I have already.
