I like the episodes they've done nowadays but I don't find myself rewatching the newer episodes as much as the old ones. Clone Wars is the kind of thing I pop on if I have a spare 20 minutes and so I usually just watch one episode at a time. Because of this I tend to watch the earlier seasons more as though they have multi-parters, each part tends to stand alone as it's own short story. The newer episodes I tend to feel like I have to watch the whole arc because they're written more like they're one story that's just been chopped up into 20 minute chunks. This isn't always the case but things like The Citadel, Mortis, Dac, Umbara and the Slave arc are definitely like this. Having said that, some of those are still some of my favourite things to come out of the Clone Wars. I'd like it if about a quarter/third of each season was standalone episodes.

Got my Amazon UK copy, no slipcover unfortunately.. contemplating what I should do with it.

Maybe find a anti-slipcover guy around here so I can buy it off him/her

Does the US version have a confirmed slipcover? I have only seen speculation in both this and the US topic, no confirmation.

They have been using TNT for pickups and as anyone in the HMV thread can tell you, this can result in late deliveries.

I noticed that! oh well got to remember the UK always get turned over. Just look at the disney releases. U.S studios couldnt care less what they release in this country as long as it saves them money.

I'm now even more glad I sent the UK version back and I ordered the US version (regionfree according to this site), especially since I got a 20% off discount from Amazon US.
