I've been on the fence now with the Wanted SB. It's obviously traced from the DVD cover, but it's so poorly done, it looks almost amateurish. It's really a shame how badly rendered Angelina Jolie looks.

I don't really like the comic book art steels but I think Wanted is the only one I am going to buy. I have been looking for that movie anyway.

I have most of the first wave of steels I bought when my taste in steelbooks was a little different. Back then I didn't really care about the quality of steels. Now I think most of the comic steels are a little cheap looking. Of this lot I might be interested in Jurassic Park, King King, and Wanted. Jurassic Park is the only one I am getting for sure with a maybe on the other two.

I wish we got the Gladiator Reel heroes that Europe had last year.

Definitely in for the Bourne trilogy and King Kong. I don't own the Bourne series yet so this is perfect. Hopefully they make a steel of the fourth film too!

I'm interested in buying Jurassic Park as well but I don't want to buy it if the rest of the trilogy isn't getting the same treatment. If I ever see it under $10 on Ebay or something though I'll nab it. Same goes with Blues Brothers. I've never heard of the film but the cover is one of the better looking ones out of the lot. Wanted is tempting and much more fitting of a comic book cover than the rest of these, but I already own the collector's set so it's kind of a waste of money.

Just saw that steel in the page before this....what a gorgeous cover. I would buy that in a heartbeat. Hopefully it'll be in the next wave!

Probably not, as Gladiator was released by Paramount in the US, and by Universal overseas. Which is why the steelbook exists over there...also why I got it, as I doubt a Reel Heroes version would be released stateside.

At this point the only lock for me will be Jurassic Park and King Kong. I'm still holding out hope for a Reel Heroes version of World's End to match my Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead titles.

Pretty much knew this, as the first wave had no interior art.

Yes they need to. Bring that back and drop those to $10 for the 1 Wave and I would have them all.
