Ted 2 bonus still not working. Just got this response from my request using the customer service link on the error page:

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you, PrizeLogic Support Real good work there, having the server error page contact not be the people who handle technical issues. What kind of issues do they handle? Anyways, sent another request to (hopefully) the right people. This is probably why the issue hasn't been fixed yet ![]() |

No new e-mail, I used an e-mail that only had 3 movie from them on it from the other free movie categories. Unfortunately I'm hearing really bad news that for most who tried to redeem it during the time the site had issues that it burnt the code.

Successfully redeemed my code for Ted 2. I had entered it many times before and gotten to the error page, but since it never went past there, the code was not burned. I did previously try entering the code with a different e-mail address, and it said the code was not valid, so trying to redeem it and getting to the error page probably locked the code to that address.
