Unfortunately I do not speak fluently in French so calling there tech. support is not helpful. Guess if I haven't received it yet I ain't getting that first order, so safe to order again, hoping they still have copies left, Been waiting all this time and last Tuesday would of been nice to know this "sorting error" happened.

EDIT: just checked my credit card was charged

It may not have made it back to them to credit the CC yet...

I'd use the site to say the item hadn't been received yet to at least let them know that there has been an issue. My experience is when items go back to the vendor, they don't usually just resend... so you will probably have to re-order to get it.

after over an hour on the phone finally got some resolution on the matter,

Turns out they Amazon.fr rep. thinks that the item could of been damaged? reason it was sent back to sender, he has re-sent the item for me, using a different courier company this time.

Wish me luck.

You shouldn't need to speak French at all -- open a chat with the ENGLISH option or by phone request English. you might be able to do it directly by Email which I think is the way I accomplished it. You don;t need Tech Service, just regular customer support which should have English Fluent reps available at all times

Sorting Error could mean the address was incorrect or that the package was destroyed. If it was sent back to Amazon -- did it arrive there? If not, then Amazon.fr doesn't know it wasn't delivered until you contact them or it's in their hands and processed.

Your CC should have been charged at time of shipment so if they haven't received the package backshipped they don't know to refund yet

If you contact them and let them know the situation then they;ll refund you or send you another item -- possibly with upgraded delivery and/or even with the shipping charges waived. When my 3 item package was lost -- they refunded my shipping and reshipped all 3 items including the RPO combo SB.

Did they refund the shipping costs? A lot of time for a lost package they'll send the second item free or upgrade to expedited for the same cost.

I have been quite impressed with i-parcel from UK, less so from France and Italy which have both lost at least one package now and I've had a lot more i-parcel from UK. The tracking is nice and often is cheaper than Standard Non-tracked shipping, but the results outside the UK have been troubling -- it's even stranger since all the i-parcel packages from EU appear to go through the smae shipping city in UK.

If you regularly just choose "standard" shipping at checkout, make sure to look at the other options. Sometimes the prices on the faster service are cheaper (or only marginally more) than Standard esp for packages with multiple items. I think some of those options are more weight based than per item which Amazon using for their base shipping.

Reason it was over an hour, the amazon.com rep kept dispatching me to Amazon.ca cause they thought that was “French” as in Quebec Canada, it happened 3 times until finally someone understud I needed an English speaking rep at Amazon.fr as yes I’m Canadian I dont speak a lick of French embarrassing I know, well hope this gets resolved as maybe this limited steelbook isn’t all that worth it, I already own the awesome Target edition but wanted a 3D copy with this beauty steel, hope it arrives in one piece,

The same thing happened to me from Amazon.co.uk. I think the label fell off or something like that, so it was undeliverable and was returned to Amazon.

When I notified Amazon, I usually use chat or email. They were able to send a second copy to me even before the first one arrived back.

Yesterday, I had an issue with my RPO SteelBook from Amazon.fr and they emailed me back within 4 h saying they have issued a replacement. It's much easier to use the "Email me in English" button.

All this talk of not receiving the steel or getting it damaged has kind of put me off now
Such a risk, I don't know if I'm brave enough to take it. Maybe I'll just pick up the 4K amaray release

That's totally up to you, but I receive many packages from overseas and the majority of them are fine. I would say maybe 1 in 10 or less would have some damage.

I would not stop shopping overseas because of the risk of damage. Besides, with Amazon, they are one of the best retailers out there especially for customer service.

Amazon International anyway. US Amazon is far worse compared to their CSR from 5-8 years ago

There have been several comments regarding subtitles, but this still isn't clear to me. I have a hearing loss and NEED English subtitles on the 4K and 3D discs. I believe I've read in these posts that the 4K has English ATMOS and the 3D has 5.1 English. This is good, but I also need those Enhlish subs. Can someone confirm that English subs exist on 4K and 3D - not just Dutch and French? Thanks.
