Got my Target exclusive. I was the first one in the door. Between the shipper up front and the copies back in the media section, they only had about 12. I got two, one for me and one for a buddy. Not sure if they had any more in the back.

Just by eyeballing the displays, I'd say my Target had about 15 exclusives at around 8:45 this morning.

Does anyone's bluray disc freeze right when cap is about to attack thanos after iron man and thor get beat up? Time is 2 hours 13 minutes in. It unfreezes at about 2:13:44

Do you mean the blu ray disk or the 4k disk?I've been seeing people having lots of problems with freezing at various points on the 4k disk but I haven't seen any mention of the issue with the blu ray disk.

I spot checked my blu ray copy and had no issues.Granted I haven't watched the whole movie through.I watched the first 15 minutes. Then jumped around. Then watched the end battle and jumped around a little more at the end.Again,I had no issues.I tried to hit some of the areas people said their 4k disk was freezing and again,my blu ray copy seems fine.

I may do another spot check tonight just to be sure.I can't really watch the whole movie through until the weekend.

I have a 4k disk since I got the Target Exclusive but don't have a 4k player or 4k TV(and don't have plans to get them at this point) so as long as the blu ray disk has no issue,I'm okay.I only get 4k copies when I buy store exclusives that come with them.

I remember Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2 had freezing issues with the 4k disk when it came out.Again,I had no issues on the blu ray copy and I've watched it several times since I got it.Like with the Avengers,I have a 4k copy since I got the Best Buy steelbook(that also came with a 3D copy) but have never checked the 4k disk because I don't have the player and TV.

All I care about if if the blu ray copy plays without issue.

I feel bad for people who are having issues. It seems to be many so I wonder if Disney will provide a exchange for the problem disks?

Today was a good day. Watched my brand new copy of Iron Man in 4k which arrived from amazon this morning, and then watched Endgame in 4k right after. Great way to put off some important work today haha.

I saw something like that happening earlier this year on my player (old X800).

But it didn't last long and I think I cleared it with a full shutdown and restart on player.

If you want to be extra sure, unplug player after taking it down...

After seeing alot of weirdness on my player, I stopped using sleep/rest mode.

I don’t use sleep/rest mode, but I’ll try unplugging it later.

I tried it on my bedroom player, and there were no issues. So I guess the disc itself is fine.

Just the bluray. I don't have 4k capabilities.

Glad the bonus features were moved to their own respective disc in order to give the feature as much room as possible, but also what's there probably clocked in at under an hour. Really miss the days when supplements for major studio releases gave us actual depth and insight in the making of these films instead of just brisk, generalized comments from the cast and crew.

The gold standard for me will always be the Middle-earth movies. I can’t think of a single other movie series that has come close to that kind of behind the scenes extras.

Absolutely. Now even Peter Jackson is being told no by Warner Bros regarding new features for those films. Sad state of affairs.

I honestly can’t believe that I just paid $23 for a standard HD release of a movie that will be going for $15 or less in two months.

It’s not even a film that I was super excited about.

I haven’t even seen it.

The slipcover is mediocre.

I hate myself.

...this is all I deserve.

I agree those extras from the extended editions of both LOTR and The Hobbit are the Mangum Opus of extra content. I learned so much and it was really interesting.

My 4K disk froze at 1:22 and then again at 1:44.
