AFAICT it's being distributed by Universal in Germany as well, so I really wouldn't count on it unfortunately. If there's no Universal US UHD, chances of a German Universal UHD are literally zero I'm afraid.

EDIT: Yup, Universal and I seriously doubt this (i.e. I believe it when I see it): https://bluray-disc.de/blu-ray-filme..._4k_uhd_bluray

I'll gladly stand corrected.

EDIT: They are also listing US and UK 4K releases, so the German one really is just not going to happen IMHO.

Yeah, that site unfortunately tends to list best guesses and one has to be very careful in regard to both their listings and specs. Here's the supposed US and UK releases (which we already know is just wishful thinking re. the US):
https://bluray-disc.de/blu-ray-us-im...rt_ohne_dt_ton
https://bluray-disc.de/blu-ray-uk-im...rt_ohne_dt_ton

But maybe Universal will change their mind. Not that I'm very hopeful, but it did happen.

Yes, I really got my hopes up when I saw that site... but now.
Like you... I think it's not going to happen.
It's a shame as 'Let Him Go' has done quite well (considering the pandemic).
Although... I'm still surprised (mystified) about the awards 'lock out' for the performances of Diane Lane and Costner.

'LET HIM GO' is now on Amazon Prime etc but does anyone know if there is (or is gonna be) a 4K UHD 'disc' release?

Probably not. It’s NBC which is the same as Universal.

So pleased to see 'LET HIM GO' starring DIANE LANE and KEVIN COSTNER now getting a second bite at getting audiences on streaming. It's doing great around the world! Deservedly so... what a great great movie with awesome performances and a 'full on' thriller last third.

Watched 'Let Him Go' again tonight (in a double bill with 'The Outlaw Josey Wales')... and it really holds up. Really powerful watch - eve knowing how it ends. Great performances by Costner and Diane Lane.

I enjoyed it very much when I saw it a few months ago. Diane Lane has always been an underappreciated favorite and it's nice to see Kevin Costner getting some good material after some time.

Blind bought this and watched it lastnight. I loved it. Great mix of noir, western, thriller, character drama and 70s exploitation. Some pretty intense moments. Kevin Costner and Diane Lane were great as were Lesley Manville and Jeffrey Donovan as well. Donovan really knows how to play a major scumbag.

I wonder with Universal re-releasing some 2020 titles on 4K UHD (like 'Promising Young Woman' etc) whether this cracking thriller will get a chance to shine in 4K UHD???
