Sutter mentions on his Twitter that not only is Titus Welliver back as Jimmy O which is awesome cause I am a huge Titus fan. He has now also "officially employed more than half the cast of deadwood" which is fantastic because there was so much incredible talent, I can't wait to see how he utilizes it.
After three episodes, I can say with confidence that this show kicks major ass. It's in my top ten already!

LMFAO, if it broke your top 10 after only getting to Fun Town, I'd imagine your jaw will hit the floor when The Lions "White Angel" is used to score a HUGE moment. And your jaw will completely fall off by the time the finale "John The Revelator" fades to black..............

Sons generated a lot of momentum in its second season, averaging 4.5 million total viewers and 3.16 million adults between the ages of 18-49. It ranked as the most-watched basic cable scripted series of the year in men 18-49 and was the second most watched among adults 18-49. Among all returning series - on cable and broadcast - Sons also showed the largest season-to-season growth in adults 18-49 (+81 percent), men 18-49 (+80 percent) and total viewers (+72 percent).

Love how much detail and history he creates for the show whether it makes it into the actual show or not, and btw Sam Bell is an awesome name I'm sure we will grow to use a lot here when discussing the boys and Belfast in what I'm sure will be many of our discussions in the Fall. September can't get here soon enough, I cannot wait for the first photos to hit!

And I'm sure I don't have to say this, but just for the folks in legal -- the following mythology is not based on real events or facts. It is all a machination of my disturbed little mind. Any likeness or similarities to real events or people is purely ****ing coincidental.
Gemma, Jackson and Thomas Teller were all born with the family flaw. Varying degrees of congenital heart disease, CHD. Jax's condition was very minor and he eventually outgrew his issue. Although he needs to be aware of his genetic predisposition for heart disease, it's nothing that impacts his day-to-day life. Such is the case with Gemma as well. Thomas was not that lucky. Jax's younger brother was born in distress, his CHD was much more serious. (Abel was also born with CHD, but his condition, like Jax, is minor. Abel's birth distress was due to the Gastroschisis - intestines are outside of the body - an unfortunately common occurrence of children born of drug-addicted mothers).
Thomas' childhood was a series of tests, treatments and hospital stays. Not only did it have an emotional toll on John and Gemma, it created a huge financial burden as well. Up until that point, the Redwood Original charter had been involved in some illegal enterprises, but not guns. A member of the First Nine, McGee, was born and raised in Belfast. He knew that the IRA was looking for distribution to the states. Both McGee and Clay convinced John that assembling, customizing and selling guns could be a lucrative enterprise. John, desperate and already slightly broken, agreed. An Irish Catholic by birth, John Teller went to Belfast and made a deal with the Irish Republican Army. And so the gun business was born.
McGee stayed in his homeland and began the Belfast charter of the Sons of Anarchy. Sons of Anarchy Belfast (Sam Bell) became a mercenary arm of the IRA.
After a successful first season release this past August, on both popular disc formats, Fox is preparing to bring you more of the same with the show's sophomore year! Amazon.com has now begun taking pre-orders for Sons of Anarchy - Season 2, coming on both DVD and high-def Blu-ray Disc formats. These listings are prior to the official Fox Home Entertainment announcement for the title, though, so instead of a street date Amazon only says "This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives." Pricing is available, currently showing $31.99 for the standard DVD and $41.99 for the Blu-ray. There are no other details available so far at Amazon's entries. Stay tuned, however, and we'll update you further on this title, just as soon as we find out anything more!
