Is WalMart not selling the 3D versions? The big display in store had all the sets except the 3D case. No price or space was even made for it

Is Target not selling the 3D with the slipcover? Was shocked today to go in the store and saw no slipcovers on any of them

My Target got one single, solitary copy of the exclusive 3D set in (three less than the 3D AVENGERS one from a few weeks back), which I, of course, bought toot-sweet, so it's possible this set will be, as impossible as it seems, even harder to find (though there were plenty of the 2D exclusive).

Filmmaker, I was wondering the same thing. I had heard that "A Hero Will Rise" was around 20 minutes long but was never able to find anything to confirm it. Now I know. Thank you for posting the info.

I did pick up the bestbuy steelbook but I might pick up the Walmart edition too if the exclusive DVD is good enough.
I'm looking to find out if the DVD includes background story of Lizard from the comic book. But if the DVD only include behind the scene footage of how they made the CGI-Lizard, then I am just going to keep the steelbook.

So please help

I bought the exclusive disc and mask case from a member here but haven't received it yet, if no body has posted what you need before I get it I'll check it out and let you know.

How did people feel about the PQ? I had mixed feelings, not sure I would give it a "5/5" but honestly my problems are more director intent related. (i.e the dim lit mood/tone of movie)

On a 105" screen via an Epson 8350 1080p projector, the picture quality was superlative! Easily a 5 out of 5.

I thought the picture quality was a little dim (the trailer seems brighter and more colorful), but overall still quite excellent.

Transfer is flawless to me. The cinematography is slightly dim, but not enough to be distracting at all.

Thanks for the feedback. @Aragorn Yeah, even during the football games seeing the commercial, the lighting in color was amazing. And RJ & Mark it wasn't distracting but the picture quality just didnt have that pop I was expecting. It looks excellent and I understand the director and cinematographer's choice to make the film dim as it matches the overall mood of Peter's life. No problems with it but just expected it to look more like the commercials.

A question for those that got the Wal Mart exclusive, is the bonus dvd just a rehash of the same segment on the reborn feature?

The Target Exclusive is basically just that from the beginning of said feature on 2nd bluray disc.

Also, anyone else had trouble getting the discs out? Those middle caps were difficult. Scared me a bit. Hopefully they come out easier with multiple views.

I wasn't even planning on getting this set since I already have the steelbook on its way, but after selling off the combo pack that comes with this set I will get the figurines for less than $20. Score!
