The differences between Rex Ryan and Al Golden are immense. Rex is a proven winner at the highest level. While Golden did an admirable job at Temple, he has certainly struggled at the Power 5 level thus far in his coaching career. He has recruited well, the talent is in place. No more excuses, deliver the wins or we will find someone who will.

there are rumors that ALABAMA is one of the schools in which he is interested.

and i hope that he doesn't come here.

i don't want him anywhere near our campus unless it's on an opponent's team that visits for a game.

and i feel the same about braxton miller.

Golson shouldn't waste his time with SEC schools. Because of his prior academic suspension he'll need a waiver to enroll at an SEC school, and from what I've read it's very questionable whether he could get the waiver. He should just focus on schools he could definitely get into like Florida State and UCLA.

From what I read from the FSU insiders, is that it will be a surprise if he doesn't transfer to FSU. I'm looking forward to it because our projected starter looked awful in the spring game.

Per Fox Sports Everett Golson is transferring to Florida State. Not a surprise, they've seemed like the frontrunner due to the uncertainty regarding whether he could be eligible for an SEC school.

Going to be tough to beat the UCLA-Diddy story as the story of the offseason. Diddy's son Justin Combs is a redshirt junior defensive back at UCLA who had recently missed some workouts and wasn't giving a good effort Monday morning, so strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi kicked Justin out of the session. Then Diddy got involved:

At approximately noon, Combs and Diddy came to UCLA’s athletic facility, the Acosta Center, while Alosi was in his office, which is adjacent to the weight room. Combs entered Alosi’s office while Alosi was on the phone, and Alosi asked Combs to wait a moment while he finished the call. Many sources who were in the locker room witnessed an angered Diddy enter Alosi’s office, rattling off expletives at the coach. Alosi then instructed interns who were immediately outside his office to alert campus security. A still incensed Diddy then came around Alosi’s desk, saying that he would get campus security on Alosi’s desk phone. Alosi, then, according to witnesses, put up his hand in a non-threatening way, and instructed Combs to get his father out of the office. Diddy then walked into Alosi’s hand, and told Alosi not to put his hands on him.

In the next moment, according to many on the scene, Diddy attacked Alosi, until interns and other personnel pulled off Diddy. The celebrity broke free again at one point and struck Alosi. The personnel were then successful in getting Diddy out of the office and into the weight room, where Diddy picked up a kettlebell, which is a type of barbell, and then swung in at one of the interns.

According to sources, Alosi had scratches on his face and his shirt was ripped as a result of the altercation.

UCPD has updated the charges to three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery. Combs (P. Diddy) has been booked into the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Inmate Reception Center.

Just had to give up my UCLA season tixs Wifey due in October so figured Id be unselfish and responsible and use that money for baby stuff. It'll probably be cheaper to buy them individually to any game I want to go this year.
