As I mentioned earlier - they may have a lot of new/original content, but I don't think they're going to pass on theater or disc release revenue and only going streaming with it. Some maybe, like the TV shows you mentioned (High school musical, muppets, etc.). It will definitely be interesting to see what they do with it, especially if we start to see a bunch of the Fox content released. I'm a big Disney fan and I've been waiting on a bunch of the unreleased Fox stuff as well, so I'd probably sign up. Already have Crave and Netflix, what's another service? Hopefully, especially with the Fox stuff, it's not limited to just "kids" content.

And that's where the issue is. A lot of people were proud to have ditched cable for streaming services but at the end of the day, with all the exclusives being limited to one service, it will just be another "cable bill" when you subscribe to all of these.
Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave and next up Disney+.
All of these on average of $15 a month. Now becomes a $60 a month bill.

Don't forget Apples new streaming service! Rumored to be out this year as well...

CES is already showing that Apple is finally allowing 3rd parties to add AirPlay and iTunes streaming apps to be built-in to their TVs.

No Venom SB shipping notice yet for me. And none in-store. The 3 editions (4K, BD, DVD) are on the regular shelf area though.

I got my Venom Steelbook also. Ordered it right when it went live on the website and it actually arrived yesterday, one day before release date.

There's Canadian ingenuity! That's a great idea.

Sign up only for one provider at a time, binge then go to the next provider!

I might just do that for Netflix + Amazon/Prime.

Hmm still no shipment for my Venom steelbook. I wonder if it will ever come, I don't know how you can run out of stock when you have pre-orders in place and I placed my pre-order day 1. They are just terribly run

17.99 for both The Fifth Element and Bram Stoker's Dracula. These were spotted at 17th Ave in Calgary. Deerfoot Meadows only had Fifth Element (but updated price tags everywhere were missing).
