Instead, Bully gets the BS win and Hardy is an afterthought on the follow up show. Not cool.

It's crap like this that keeps TNA Wrestling on the bottom of my DVR priority list.
Dude, controversial title wins for heels is where it's at. It's always been like that.

Exactly.

This formula has gotten old for me. Cena's storylines wore it out. Rick Flair, Curt Henning, HHH, Ted DiBiase, Kurt Angle, Andre the Giant, Iron Sheik, Lex Luger, Barry Windham, and more did get legitimate wins in their careers, as Heels. That's what made them legitimate threats and made the Rock, Steve Austin, Ricky Steamboat, and Hulk Hogan who they are today. You're only as great as your competition.

D-Von...GET THE STABLE!

For nine months, we pulled over the wool over your eyes. For nine months, you bought it. D-Von, I cannot tell you how proud I was of you and the rest of our brothers when I saw you climb up to the top of the cage. When I saw you come in, when I saw you take that hammer, throw it to me, and when I took that hammer and drilled Jeff Hardy in the back of the head, I never felt so proud, but I got to tell you, it wasn't supposed to go that way. That wasn't. No. No. Let me let you in a little something. Remember at Lockdown during the cage match, remember when Wes and Garrett came over the top of the cage? That was the plan. That's when I was going to leave the cage. That's when it was supposed to happen, but it didn't. You know why? Because of Hulk Hogan. Because an hour before that match, Hulk had to sit me down to have the big father to son-in-law talk with me. Hulk had to sit me down and say to me "You know, boy, I used to get a piece of advice from Andre..." He talked about...Hell, Andre The Giant gave him advice to do something memorable. Hulk, I couldn't give a damn about your advice, but I did do something memorable. I did something with my brothers in The Aces and Eights in one night that the nWo couldn't accomplish forever. Hulk, I know you're here somewhere. I'm begging you, Hulk. If you got the balls, come out here and fire us. I dare you to come out and fire us! It won't happen. It won't happen. You can chant his name all you want. He ain't going to fire us. We're The Aces and Eights. And when you ride with The Aces and Eights, you'll never walk alone.
Damn fine speech.

TNA is becoming a bore lately. Never have liked Hardy and now he has a rematch against Bully. Also it is time to bring back Abyss, I f they need help against A&8, I cant think of anyone better.

Going to a TNA show tonight that's only a few towns over. Never had a wrestling event even remotely this close so this is my first.

IIRC after the show, you get to go inside the ring and take pictures with TNA wrestlers. I don't know if they still do that, but I thought that was pretty cool. A buddy of mine got a picture with Kurt Angle that way.

As far as I know they still do that and have the best fan experience/interaction of a top company. Whenever they come to Milwaukee I might have to sweet talk my fiance into going....

Thanks! I've been so pumped for it since I purchased the tickets over a month ago.

I had forgot about that, but now that you two mention it, TNA does have an amazing reputation for really showing their fans how much they appreciate them. I'm going to see if I can get a picture after the show, myself.

Unless you want to see/meet stars. TNA gives you 1-2, while WWE gives you most of them.

Every live event I go to for WWE....no stars have ever been available unless you wann ditch work to find them at a BestBuy..... I can attest to that as recently as the last live event in Milwaukee...

I'd rather go to a TNA event than a WWE event.

The last WWE event I went to was Summer Slam 2004 in Toronto.

I'm hoping TNA makes another trip to Toronto since iMPACT! is on the road now.

Might be true for meeting them, though I think that's really a matter of which arena they're at. But you can still see them. Every time TNA has come through town, they've had 1-2 of their major stars (Jeff Hardy one time, Robert Roode & AJ Styles the other) and the rest of the card was guys that never make TV.

I absolutely enjoyed the show. Definitely a lot more than I thought I would. Before the show I got to meet Jeff Hardy backstage where he was taking pictures and giving autographs. These are the matches that took place (winners in bold):

[Show spoiler]1) Gut Check
2) Kenny King Vs. Zema Ion
3) Velvet Sky Vs. Gail Kim
4) Wes Brisco Vs. Christian York
5) Austin Aries & Bobby Roode Vs. Somoa Joe & Magnus
6) Joseph Park Vs. Robbie E
7) Jeff Hardy & Kurt Angle Vs. Bully Ray & Devon -Bully Ray cut a good promo, getting the crowd riled up before the match, also bullying Christy Hemme. Near the end of the match, D'Lo Brown hit Hardy with a chain while the ref was down then drug Devon on top of him and hid. The other faces from the earlier matches ran down while the other members of Aces & Eights also came down. After Bully Ray teased a match with them all involved, he left Hardy and co. standing in the ring as they exited.

Matches 3 and 5 were for the championships.

TNA's biggest down fall is not sticking with the X-Division as the main attraction.
