Why do I feel bad for taking a whole hour for lunch when no one else seems to care? I think I am the only cutting my lunch time so I can see more students.

Just ate a chicken, lettuce, cheese, turkey bacon, jalapeno and wheat bread sandwich and some grapes, feel full now. Think the same thing for my 5:00 meal wouldn't be such a bad idea.

It's called diabetes, so "diet" isn't the right word, "permanent lifestyle change" is more appropriate.

I can relate buddy i have it also i used to not care for what i ate or how heavy i was all those years growing up and now i am paying for it.
