Yeah this has happened before. Seem to remember it was a bloody nightmare trying to get the money back. I imagine this is deliberate policy as they make the rules and the cost of the item is clearly marked and they apply their charges as a percentage, but they make it so hard to say "You've charged me when you shouldn't" most people give up. That's before you get into having to get Royal Mail AND HM Customs to refund their parts of the fees.

US Version finally arrived from Amazon.com.

Uncut, 3D version, without any customs charges and delivery charge refunded. £12.85? Result.

Depends on the version that you bought.

I've got the US version and I don't recall seeing the spear head "all the way through". I'll check, but I think this particular "cut" has been greatly exagerrated

It was definitely all the way through in the version I saw at the cinema

I too have the US release and it goes all the way through, the censored release just has a tiny tip pointing out.

My Target Edition arrived at my parents last week! Luckily visiting them at the end of the week!! They don't have a Bluray player, so will only get to watch it when I get back to Edinburgh in 2 weeks time. I had to have it delievered there, as the release date would coincided whilst I was planning to move from my old flat and didn't have a new address sorted at that time.
Mine was from Bluraysforeveryone, and there didn't seem an option to change your address. Seemed to have escaped the custom charges anyhoo.

personally - it looks like he pulled or got smacked in his back
The tip also explains why he has so much blood on his front when he's sat on the floor

The big fuss about it was that Disney straight up told us we never saw it uncensored at the cinema. Basically calling all of us liars and or crazy people!

Seeing some folks reaction, I'd be inclined to agree with the latter description you gave

I am thinking of buying the Avengers Assemble collection from Amazon UK.

Does it contain all the extras that the individual releases contain? Iron Man and Iron Man 2 were released with a bonus disc which isn't in this set, but does it include the same extras?

Thanks

Im 99% sure its just the movie disks from each release thrown together, its very mismatch (no matching art on disks for example) and im pretty sure the extra features on the second disks are missing.

Correct the collection is just the film discs, no bonus discs for either Iron Man?

Perhaps a dumb question, but does anybody know if there are any Custom Cover-Arts for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which sees Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, and Avengers Assemble in six individual boxes with similar artwork to each other? If you get what I'm saying, HaHa?
