Not sure which retailer even accepts that, you would have to trade it in for reduced credit at the very least I would think. Cracking open a game, trying it and taking it back for full credit because you didn't like it doesn't seem quite right. Though there are some situations where I guess it may seem legitimately appropriate (No Mans Sky fiasco for example)

Already an unlimited money dup exploit.
![]() $$$$$$$ Hint, YouTube the 3 gold bar location. —- So I’m 30+% in an finally unlocked Real Dead Eye. Geez. Those auto shots were annoying. I like the graphics & gameplay despite PS4 PRO’s below average 20fps. ![]() |

^ I've just had a debate with my work colleagues on this one.....they are all set to exploit it, to me it stinks and takes away from the essence of the game (imo)

Tbh, it's a choice whether to do it and i personally have no gripes with using it or people that do. Just as i don't if somebody chooses not to exploit and play normally. That said, i'd prefer to do it and not have cash be an issue in a game made to be enjoyed. |

I’m trying to hold off trading this game in for some credit I can use for Black Friday, but I don’t want to miss out in case it gets better. But so far it still feels like a chore. It’s hilarious, cus my 5yr old walked in while I was playing and said “daddy this game looks boring”. Then asked if I can let him swing around the city in Spider-Man. Kid totally read my mind without me saying anything.

I'll be honest, I buy these open world games to explore the open world more than anything else, including the story, so with that point of view, RDR2 definitely has met my expectations. I'm enjoying the missions now too, with the hope of unlocking the southwest landscape soon, as that looks nearly as large as the northwestern landscape, which is gigantic and fun to explore.
But as I imagined, Red Dead Redemption 2 didn't revolutionize the way we play games as some over enthusiastic fans were imagining. Afterall, this is a sequel to a game many have already played, so it wasn't going to reinvent the wheel of gameplay. The visuals and detail in the graphics, very cool for fans of exploring the wilderness. The hunting aspect is decent, the weapon use is at times clunky when trying to stay behind cover, but otherwise, Arthur and the horse control good for the most part, often responding when I want them too. And hopping on a moving train is so much easier in this game compared to GTAV where you could die if you didn't time it right. Here, I haven't died from the train yet. The biggest thing is just getting used to all the controls in RDR2, since most of them require holding a shoulder button L1, and then pressing another button, which seems unnecessary but the other buttons are used for other things. I have a slight complaint about how the game handles certain situations.
When you go hunting with Hosea for the grizzly bear I was brutally attacked by it and luckily survived after stabbing it a few times and he ditched but then when you go back to Hosea everything is all fine and dandy like nothing happened. I was seriously expecting some concern from Hosea or Arthur to be out of breath and express some dialogue concerning the attack, but no. They have an all calm and pacific talk. I mean, a bear attack is some serious shit. Just ask Leo. [Show spoiler]

too far in to do the limphany glitch. dont want to end up 'restarting' the game again. that first chapter was
[Show spoiler] so, out of a bit of griping, i ended up just trying to get my gold bars from the [Show spoiler] and that took me FOREVER!!! i tried to get up to the ledge and kept on dying. i guess i got used to button mashing x for running, so when i switched it to tap to x, i kinda lost it a bit.also dueling was a bit difficult for me. only been in two so i dont know yet or cant 'refine' it yet. so when it says callout does that mean i want to duel with someone? i also got my [Show spoiler] i have to keep on using it so i get the stat bump on it. (you get better stats on a gun when you keep using the firearm apparently)if i can only fix his gnarly teeth tho... ![]() |

forgot to mention, zivouhr is right, the train is so much better than the stagecoach. fast travelling to a couple of towns was fun. especially far right side, different environment.
ive also noticed i play poker a lot. ![]() Narmak, how do you level up deadeye? i know i know, Google is your friend. but like i said in the past, RDR back then didnt have all these sources etc, and encourages forum conversations. oh, stamina levels up by sprinting. a LOT. gorram stupid derailed train! i almost lost my horse too. good thing i got them reviver kits! anyone lost a horse yet? |

Jomari, why are you too far in to do the glitch? Or do you mean it's because you already picked it up? If you haven't then you're in luck and just need to follow the steps. I restarted a new game to get to that point but won't lie. It's a pain and not been quick. Hopefully works lol Also, as a PSA to everybody regarding how to 'fast travel' on a horse to a marked point. You start a regular non-stamina draining gallop after setting a marker to any desired location and keep the touchpad pressed till cinematic camers engages. Arthur will then automatically get taken to that location. Doing this as i type to go get an elite free Arabian horse ![]() |

Yep, I keep Horse Reviver on me. Not long after, I thought it would be a good idea to bond with another good horse, so I found a Thoroughbred and tamed it. I still have the brown horse you start with, but his stats are fairly low, so I wanted a better breed. Now I will go between the Thoroughbred I just tamed, and the pre-order War Horse. Is the max you can own 4?
