Wait... you’re still watching passive movies in this new era of interactive entertainment?!

The only “interactive” movies chains like Odeon and Picturehouse are showing in their theatres are “Singalong” versions of “Rocketman” and “The Greatest Showman” or the two ABBA movies, so yeah, I’ll stick with my non-interactive versions thanks.

I'm just waiting for a return of Smell-O-Vision.

"Smell-O-Vision was a system that released odor during the projection of a film so that the viewer could "smell" what was happening in the movie. The technique was created by Hans Laube and made its only appearance in the 1960 film Scent of Mystery, produced by Mike Todd, Jr., son of film producer Mike Todd. The process injected 30 odors into a movie theater's seats when triggered by the film's soundtrack."

Get on it, Dolby. Can't wait for my 8k 3D release of John Waters' Polyester in Dolby Atmosmell 3000.

Chip, tell Mister Mxyzptlk to get off his ass with a master of The Abyss and True Lies that doesn't predate the American Civil War and the Magna Carta while he's at it.

A listing on here that is user submitted.

It's gonna be the same UHD and BD discs worldwide. One cut only.

The artwork though is not user submitted and is very misleading if we are lumped with only the US cut on 4K.

The Warner shops use different artwork and most importantly the UK site still has the image that points to the international cut in 4K with the US as a bonus. And the UK shop leaves the description vague yet on the US site they mention that the 4K mastering is of the "original 144 minute version of the film". They even have the rear cover on the US but conveniently it is not on the UK shop. Warner know we won't be happy about this but they are still taking pre-orders with a misleading image and lack of description.

I know there has been some spiteful comments on here from some of you who simply don't care about other people but everybody here knows that this has to be both cuts or else Warner don't deserve any of our money.

Well it is already clear that WB are trying to slip a different version into our market to save themselves money so I am.

I have over £1000 worth of WB products on pre-order currently and I will be cancelling them all if this release turns out the way we expect.

As someone in the UK who's always known the European Cut, I'd be happy even to get it remastered on BD with the US cut in 4K - get the feeling we won't even get that though. Probably just the old UK blu-ray lumped in..

You mean you didn't order twenty-five copies of The Shining and twenty-five copies of Gremlins? Pfft. Rookie mistake, Geoff. Only by buying in bulk can you get the best bargains.

I hope they just include remastered Ext Cut on BD now
as I have older master already for both cuts
that would suck if they give us old BD

plus I can easily fast forward the bit's me & Kubrick didn't like

So without going over all my orders, there is the GoT box which is £299.99, I also have the GoT S8 Steel on order. The Gremlins, The Shining steel, the DC animated 4K, plus others, there are a number of books that while not published by WB go back to them. £1000 might be hot now I list some of them but it is still a hefty value overall.
