Not able to get any titles with the most recent DD general discount code/coupon offer. Hopefully, they'll do another 15% code/coupon offer later this month/the start of October.

can we use unlimited times the new account DEEP10 10% by creating new accounts every time?
did anyone got flagged and cancel for repeted use of code to the same shipping address or credit card?

Following on from my previous post, there is the Blu-ray discount code/coupon offer that I posted about recently that is still on (until the end of the month).

There is another sale - TV Buy More, Save More - that may have started at the same time as the aforementioned Blu-ray sale. It also ends on Tuesday, September 30th just before midnight US Central Time:

Buy 2 - Save an extra 10%. Use promo code BINGE10
Buy 3 - Save an extra 15%. Use promo code BINGE15

"Savings only apply to the TV Buy More, Save More sale items with the icon and not the full order. Cannot be combined with other offers".

For the "TV Buy More, Save More" sale there are some backordered titles that I doubt can/will ever get fulfilled (e.g., the "Mission: Impossible" series on blu ray), so that's a way to qualify for a larger discount (might have to wait 30 or so days for DD to eventually cancel the items).

Boggles the mind why they list items they can't fulfill, and then on top of that advertise them in a sale.

One of the Shout! Factory DVD season sets on my want list (Police Woman: The Final Season (Season Four) is on backorder. The Sisters season sets are in stock though.

How is Deep Discount if you receive a damaged steelbook?

Do you have to wait for them to receive it to get a refund? Is it a lot of trouble?

yes you have to wait for them to get it and no it’s not a lot of trouble in my experience
