Alright, how about mine? Keep in mind, some of them belong to my wife, ie. Twilight, Mamma Mia!, Pride and Prejudice, ect..
Quantity-10/10 You just have the perfect amount of blus, not very much, not very little.

Quality - 11/10 Very good movies you have. Gave more than 10 for Boondock Saints and horror preferance.

Overall. 10.5/10 It doesnt get any better.

IMO this is a terrible idea.
no doubt this will get some people all riled up and start a vicious debate / fight of sorts.
opinion is opinion. might as well just keep some opinions to ourselves, eh?

Actually it's always quite the opposite...... it'll be the same people rating each other over and over

No reason to crap in someone's thread though Cincy.....

IAM1Bearcat, I think you have a nice collection of Blu-rays there. A nice selection of movies, that I haven't seen, but I have heard excellent things about them.

One of your TV series that I'd really love to see is the ROME series. I hear it's awesome, but too bad it's only 2 seasons...maybe...someday...a third season or a movie will be in the works.

Snikt,

I like your collection, I too like action as well. However I would have liked to see more variety, but being an action fan myself it didn't bother me much

Quanity: 8/10 - A nice sized collection but could be more varying
Quality: 9/10 - Alot of awesome movies in there, pretty much every great action movie over the past 5 - 10 years and more
Overall: 8/10 - Solid overall but not varying enough, could use some other genres of movie or classics

Well thank you very much. I tend to only buy movies that I enjoy. I know there are quite a few classics that I don't have, like The Godfather trilogy, but I just can't get into The Godfather movies.

I plan on getting some Westerns in there sometime (Tombstone, 3:10 To Yuma). Book of Eli will be added sometime when the price is right .

Snikt, I like your vast collection of action/adventure movies, with dabs of horror and some drama thrown in.

I can see where you are coming from but this has been going on in General Chat for quite some time and never seen a fight over it

I'd say, check The Fountain, Universal Soldier 3, The Crazies (2010) and The Prestige.

You also seem to have quite a diverse collection

Snikt,

I love comic book and action movies too. And get slack for having Daredevil.

Terminator, Predator, X-Men, Spiderman, Batman and of course Bourne sets are all great action flicks. Points added.

Not crazy on some of your comic book movies and Disney action stuff. And I pretend AvP 1 & 2 don't exist. Also I love zombie movies, old school slow walkers (George Romero's). With movies like 28 Days, Ghost Rider, Fast & Furious, Fantastic 4, Resident Evil, Van Helsing, National Treasure and Pitch Black I have to take off a few points. IMO they are only worth watching once and not worth owning.

Hard to rate because you buy what you want, which is what it is all about, even though I don't like many of your movies. Who cares what others think, right? But we are posting in a thread where we get others to tells us what they think so....

6/10

Travis,
You have a pretty decent collection. I especially like that you acknowledge that classics (such as Raging Bull) need to be seen on blu-ray rather than just newer movies. And you must be the only one in here with so many concert blu-rays. I hope you watch them more than once!

Very nice collection. I like that you have lesser known greats like The Fall and Amelie as well as big summer movies like Iron Man and District 9 (even though I personally did not like that film). You also have plenty of classics like Braveheart and Godfather.

I would give it 9.5/10 great collection, but there is always room for more

Some good titles, eclectic collection. PQ-wise, there's a lot of gems. It's not an unsual collection, it mostly consists of popular titles (especially here on blu-ray.com) but also a couple of hate/love movies and I respect that. Points added for having imports though. I'd probably keep for myself at least 70% of the titles. I'd give you 8/10.

edit:

For Gandalf Stromcrow,

Not a lot of bad movies but a lot of average movies but I suppose that's what happen when you're at nearly 400 titles. Nothing special, not a lot of masterpieces neither. I'd say 6,5/10
