Does anybody know a good place to get nice thick card stock? I'm thinking of making myself some slip-boxes for a few movies/tv series, but I need card stock that is sturdy. Most of what I see in stores is about as thick as posterboard, which will bend too easily. If any of you ever bought a sketch-book, I'm looking for card stock that's about as thick as the back of one of these.

So I've got a plan right now to combine/rearrange my Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Toy Story collections. I'll be getting a new 9-disc 24mm case for box two of the seasons 1-5 Clone Wars set, turning a box of just seasons 4 & 5 into one containing 4, 5, 6, the movie, and a homemade BD disc of the Genndy Tartakovsky series. Any suggestions/recommendations for revising its case art?
Secondly, I'll be taking the old 5-disc case and using it to make a Toy Story trilogy set with 3D copies of all 3 and bonus discs for just Toy Story 3. Anyone already made a 24mm trilogy cover before? I've seen vague mentions of it earlier in the thread but no links. Thanks! |

I've just returned from a long hiatus and am absolutely heartbroken to find out that all the covers over at Euphoricfx are no more.
So many brilliant and absolutely amazing pieces of custom covers to convert all those ugly digibook/non uniform releases into cases: America Lost & Found BBS Criterion Collection set (Easy Rider / Head / Five Easy Pieces / Drive, He Said / A Safe Place / The Last Picture Show / The King of Marvin Gardens), Dr. Strangelove, Midnight Express, The Killing Fields, Papillon, A Streetcar Named Desire, and the list goes on...RIP to all. I really liked what I saw.. All the those covers shattered, lost, perished, gone, and forgotten. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() ![]() Playing with the idea of X-Men covers. First I wanted to do them all in one style, but could not find the satisfying way. Then I've decided to do what the producers did and not care about consistency. So only the spines will match. In some way. Can't find any good "First Class" materials and transparent logo. |
