Unless the title is under a different name, I can't find the German release of "The Legendary Dragon 3D on the resource list.

The Blu-ray 3D is region-free, yet the back cover and the disc-art have the region-B logo.
Audio:
German DTS HD Master Audio 5.1
English DTS HD Master Audio 5.1

No Subtitles present for the Main Feature

It gave me a Strong native 3D first impression.

USA title: Legendary (2013)

Screen Shot 2019-12-16 at 7.08.31 AM.jpg

Feature Trailer is also in English:

I own the Brazilian edition. It is all region and has English audio. The 3D is very good with a mix of before and beyond the window. I remember some pop outs with a really strong pop out at the end. The CGI creatures are low budget but so is the movie. Glad I have it in my collection.

Hi pixote,

You and others got me interested in this. Found a used copy on Amazon France (nobody else had it). Its region B "stated", English 5.1 DTS and translated is called The Dragon Crypt.

Thanks gang. Can always count on our little 3D family to let us know of these rare 3D titles (plenty of this film in 2D - own the first two in the series, did not know the third, which I didn't have, was even in 3D)

Was lucky. Used copy total was $20.99 (sounds better than $21 lol) and for a hard to find title that is a bargain.

So I’ve finally completed my Shrek 3D Collection with this addition.

Ordered Avengers age of Ultron and Captain Marvel both from Amazon UK. First time buying from overseas so the addiction continues to grow. I’m up to 63 and in September I had 1.

Actually, this is the last 3D movie I watched but it turned out not to be 3D.

Just loaded "Nitro Circus". It was brand new in shrink wrap. Disc states it's the 3D version. The menu appears in 3D. But once the movie goes on, the monitor's 3D signal turns off and the film is perfectly clear without 3D glasses. There is no 2D/3D menu option. The other Blu-ray disc is standard 2D.

Reinserted the disc but same problem. Menu 3D, movie flat. Put in another 3D disc and (to my relief) it played perfectly. Then put in a disc I had not watched yet ("Planes") and that too appeared in 3D.

Getting refund - though menu looks great not worth keeping for that!

This ever happen to you guys?

I've only had a few that happened to if I stopped 1/2 way through. Powered off overnight. Then when I went to start it back up, and go back to my place it would not be in 3D, even though my TV said 3D signal detected.
Only way I could get the 3d back was if I powered off/on my TV. Of course this is normally a 1/2 hr after I've gone back in forth, is it in 3D... yeah... no...
I have Nitro, but haven't watched it yet.

Hi idrinkmolson,

Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry you've encountered ocassional problems yourself.

What you describe never happened to me with 3D. Suggest you put in Nitro just to be sure yours is okay.

Sorry to hear that Joe. The 3D disc must be defective.

I've got Nitro Circus 3D. No issues here, although the whole thing is not in 3D. Some of it is just 2D footage.

I used to own this and if I remember correctly the work around to get this playing in 3d was to start the movie off from the scene selection option tab, I think it was a common problem at the time with this title, but memory is lacking now days.

Hi DB,

Thanks so much letting me know. It's a relief for naturally one worries about it being his or her equipment.

Hi levcore,
Thanks for letting me know.

I did skip through chapters and they all started out flat.

Watched this one tonight. The 3D was pretty damn good, I felt like I was lying on the ground in some scenes. Unfortunately the movie was pretty bad. The editing was a disaster, it jumped all over the place and I noticed some errors like a solider getting stabbed on the left side of the chest and the next scene they were bleeding on the right. The subtitles weren't accurate at times either. The acting was far from good, I think they picked the lead actress because she looked like Elizabeth Banks (to be fair she was probably one of the better actors in this thing), but it was in 3D so it could have been worse

Hi pixote,

I was so engrossed with the quality of the 3D and it's overall special effects (think of it, changing where a soldier is bleeding could be considered a good special effect LOL) that I never really thought about the quality of the acting.

Glad was able to add it to my collection.
