I'm freaking out. I've been a Miami Dolphins and a Clemson fan forever, and both haven't won the big game since I was a kid and too young to really appreciate it. Well I don't see the Dolphins doing anything anytime soon, but Clemson is in the National Championship! Go Tigers! Please let one of my teams finally win the big one again!

I hope the title game is a good one. These games have been awful. Blowout after blowout after blowout after blowout. Even in the semi-finals. It's really odd to me that most bowls were close up until the last two days, where the "high-profile" games were supposed to start.

That type of thinking is what's wrong with College Football, and it saddens me to see that fans think the same way.

Fans acceptance of the BS is why we still don't have a real college football playoff. Which we will not until every major conference has a representative at least.

Baloney. Why should a 2-loss team have been selected over a 1-loss team when both had similar strength of schedule? There's no way in hell Oklahoma shouldn't have made the playoff over Stanford based on each team's actual season up to that point. Hindsight isn't how you determine playoff teams.

An 8 team playoff would solve this nonsense once and for all. Give each power 5 conference team an automatic bid plus 3 at-large team, including one non-BCS team if that team is top-10. That's the ideal scenario in my opinion. It gives everyone a fair shake and there would be very little controversy as every quality 1-loss major conference team would likely make it.

I actually think this 4-team playoff selected by a group of so called experts is a complete joke. Bowl games are the most pointless thing ever and I don't watch any of them. Why the FBS is the only college level sport without an NCAA sanctioned championship is mind bogglingly stupid.

But based on what we have I didn't think Oklahoma was a top four team. They need a 16-team playoff so we get the best teams playing for the championship, can't rely on a committee's eye test to pick only four teams.
