1 Shazam SB arrived but the other was still in limbo. Had to call BB again about my backup order not shipping. Their system sucks!

Has anyone seen Shazam SB in stores? It says sold out in stores but it doesn’t say online only.

I will be popping by a store at lunch time here to check on Shazam. My 1st SB arrived with a spine-slash. My backup order which I called about yesterday generated another CC authorization email bug overnight even after the guy yesterday said it would ship. Absolute joke that I need to call them a third time.

Edit: no Shazam SBs in-store here.

So 5 phone calls later and 2 hours of time wasted, my backup Shazam SB order was cancelled and the reorder I made on Tuesday was price adjusted to add-in my eCert. An insanely long amount of time for using an eCert that they sent me on the previous Disney SB cancellation. I had used the website Contact Us and that did not work. I called them yesterday and used the Callback feature and that did not work.

This final phone call was almost 45 minutes and while the rep can see eCerts on his end, I had to go back through saved emails to read him the actual value. And then he says 'we sent you 2 $50 eCerts for the cancelled Disney order' and I said 'nope, only 1 email'. So now I'm slightly more confused and wondering what happened to that one.

So as a warning, if you have used one of their eCerts and it refuses to ship for some reason, you may have to call them.

I saw those. I guess I'm more into the older Disney films but I have a few of these in standard editions. But the last few new reissues on SB have been really nice.

I found Toy Story and Toy Story 2 steelbooks at the Scarborough Town Centre location. They look so much nicer in person.

I grabbed Inside Out as that's my favourite Pixar film. Tough to justify getting them all.

wtf? I've been checking every day since it initially sold out and it's never been in stock. infuriating.

I went in store to check at noon. no steelbooks at my local store. no slipcovers on the regular 4k release. left empty handed. what a bunch of BS.
