+1 ! The 12plus is a very good woof and I don't believe most would consider the XV15 to be much/any upgrade. But I do believe most would consider them to be very similar in terms of overall performance.

We have plenty of XV15 versus 12nsd comparisons but only a handful of XV15 versus 12plus comments. We do have a few XS30 versus plus testimonials on our site. http://www.powersoundaudio.com/pages/testimonials

We really need to update this page too----I must have >20 more testimonials ready to put up!

Thanks Tom
Browns are 3-2 but we lose QB for the year...figures.

Here is a comparison shot of Espresso, American Cherry, Cordovan I just got for an email request. Shows the contrast between each finish nicely.

Got the XS30 calibrated and wow, very refined for a 15 inch sub, let alone dual 15 inch subs. High praise to Power Sound Audio. Any other 15 inch sub i have heard sounds sloppy. I have noticed more articulation in the bass in many songs. To my surprise, i am hearing more refinement in music. Things i have not heard before, even though i have heard the songs hundreds of times.

Watched Star Trek Into Darkness last night and the XS 30 gave me exactly what i was looking for, floor shaking, couch vibrating, clean bass.

It makes my purchase that much more satisfying. Thanks again, Tom!

You should strongly consider adding a second XS30 to your setup, in a different location than the first one.
You'll get smoother bass response from seat to seat and those pesky room modes will be addressed.

When it comes to subwoofers, two is always better than one.

After having dual XS30's since January or February, can't remember, I re-ran Audyssey xt32 for the first time since initial setup. I moved the subs slightly before the second run through, amd wow, they sound even better now. I'm still very happy with the purchase and don't have the upgrade bug for subs. This is the longest I've gone without wanting more. For my room, my setup and my expectations, I couldn't ask for more. These subs rock!!

That's good to hear my Friend, glad to hear the Dual XS30's are doing the job for you. Still love your HT/Room set-up, I really like the layout.

Thanks Kat. We love it too. Just haven't had a lot of time to spend watching movies. I'm almost finished with some DIY speakers for my front 3. I'll update my gallery when I'm done.

I agree. Two would be overkill in my room i think. My titans each have 1200 watts and get down to around 21-24 hz region. With the xs 30 there is not any nulls i can here.
