they're very tiny so it's hard to tell, but it appears that in both covers the images are squished.

Yeah, I know. It was originally a background photo and if I extend to the full length the dinosaur in the middle would have been partly in the cover, spine, and back. After all, I only have Paint to manipulate my photos. I know, sad it is!

This is about as big as I can get them... I'm so behind in the times.

I have a photo that I would like to print onto a piece of canvas. The only problem is I want to alter it a little so it looks more like a piece of art rather than a picture. There are also a couple small variations I would like to make to the picture.

Is there anyone here who thinks they would be able to do this fairly easily? If so, please send me a PM so I can send you the picture to tinker with.

Thanks
Anyone? Or is there a better thread to post this type of request in?

All three look very well done, but you might want to look at you DC Comics and make inside the o and D as black as your background. Sometimes we don't catch this.

I'm sure there are many people here that can do this for you. It's quite easy to posterize or make it look like an oil painting, but I think that when it comes to printing it out (on canvas) it scares people... (well, it scares me anyways)

This might sound critical so I apologize if I come across like an ass but....

-There is too much black empty space.
-The Warner Bros logo is prominently featured on the back, but has very little to do with the movies. Based on the logo you'd assume Warner Bros was Gotham city or Metropolis or something.
-Bugs Bunny being on there makes NO sense whatsoever. (Plus he's blurry from being stretched).
-The main characters of each movie are hidden behind the terrible "DC" design that DC comics are running with.
-The font is far to basic and plain for a mainstream release.

Essentially, while I like the idea you're going for with a DC Cinematic Universe collection, I'd head back to the drawing board. Instead of using the Warner Bros logo on the back, put this DC logo on the back instead...

Tighten up your spine by fixing the squished warner logo changing the font, and add a bit more contrast rather then just a plain flat black. For the front, use a full color full page image or something much flashier that represents the whole universe rather than just a peak of a character. If you must go completely black and brooding, then Something like this isn't a bad option either...

Again, I'm not trying to be rude, and I applaud that you at least took the effort to put something together as I do think the idea is solid... but we definitely need to work on bringing your designs up to something closer to a retail release. My suggestions are just that, suggestions, and you can use them or ignore them, but ultimately I think a redesign is in order.

Thank You for the back side image idea.
What should I do with the front? I appreciate your input.
I used sample quality for the uploaded images

I'm obviously biased based on my previous feedback, but I think that with some experimenting and tweaking, this could be a very solid design. I'm not sure why, but the DC logo on back looks stretched oddly, and I'd rework the front title, but I certainly like this version more than the previous attempts and think you could have a really solid cover with a bit more work/practice.

Yeah I need to figure out the deal on the back image.
What kind of tweaking for the front title were you thinking? lose the cinematic universe title?
