As you can notice, official artwork is lighter than the one it is told it is official. Specifically, its bottom is notably lighter than on the „official“ one.

It easily could be another layer on top of the background picture which is darker. They do that. I`ve seen that many times. They do the pic and then add effects - and those effects might be anything.

Well, when it is said/written Official Keyart, I expect it to be an exact copy/version but without any text at all. Correct me if I am expecting wrong.

You shouldn`t expect exact thing. Like I said it depends on what is inside of that psd file they send and how the person who has it deals with it. One can keep the effect layer on when exporting, another one might delete it and keep only the background layer, which can be darker or lighter originally. You never know untill you have that psd file yourself.
