way back when, when i worked/managed restaurants, i'd call in sick and then i'd get yelled at for calling in sick. so i started telling them, "ok. next time i'm sick, i'm gonna come in and cough on every single employee and every single customer that comes in. and i'm gonna make sure to cough and sneeze all over all the food and food contact surfaces. THEN, you can get sick, along with everyone else, and see what kind of shit i go through when i'm sick enough to call in."

i used to feel bad when i had to call in sick, but not anymore. i just don't give a ****....because they don't, either. if they're not gonna care, then why should i?

also, some people like to come in sick just so they play the "i'm so sick but i still came in to work, i'm such a good and dependable employee" card. well, you may be a good and dependable employee, but you're a shitty person for doing that.

Met the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. Hoping it works out.
Plus might be getting some good news this coming week.
Then if all goes well, gonna fight and hopefully win.
Please let the end of 2018 be the beginning of my life finally turning around for the better!

i just remembered the shirt this customer had on, today, while i was at work. he was a veteran (maybe my age), and on the back of his shirt it said:

i told him i liked his shirt. he thanked me, and we talked for a little bit. we shook hands a couple times. i thanked him for his service, and he went on his way. he was such a cool dude. he was like someone you've never met, before, but you know you could just hang out with him, have a few beers, and have some great conversations from the get-go.

Has anyone tried to use the Amazon phone app to scan the "claim code" on an Amazon gift card, and have it actually work? Never works for me, I always have to go to the website and manually type in the code.

I often wonder what it would be like to have a service dog

I was watching early this morning came out on Netflix Friday documentary called dogs

1st episode was awesome about 11 year old girl named Corrine got epileptic so family goes down to 4 paw for ability get a service dog that can detect seizures

there's also other disable kids who gets a service dog I thought it was great

i'm on 2nd episode in which Syrian refugee Ayham, who has fled to Germany but left his Siberian husky named Zeus behind in Damascus with a friend

now I know old not a kid and I notice on that 4 paw for ability they do have training for hearing again I am deaf both ears moreso left then right among other disabilities

I did have seizures as a kid but man its like big money get I don't know how that family got that dog it was neat

now I do have indoor dachshund in the house I had dogs all my life growing up btw

I had to straighten out the nightshift Supervisor this morning for attitude he gave last night. I was gonna do it then, but was pretty angry and likely would’ve went too far. I’m glad we’re okay now and also that he got reminded that that shit don’t fly with me or any of my Team.

Well looks like the Girl and I are both working full shifts Thursday /Friday this year. She's disappointed because originally she had both days scheduled off and were planning to go to her sister's in Pennsylvania. I'm thinking about surprising her and inviting her sister&family up here but i didn't have a clue how we were going to squeeze in a formal dinner for the 2 of us not to mention even try hosting a party ��
