Yes, I am aware of which version is which. I wouldn't be signed up to this forum if I weren't.

What I am asking is, if the ones I mentioned are rare, and if anyone wants them or not.

Finally managed to pick up the Gears of War 2 Limited Edition set (G1 size obviously), used in a 2 for £20 deal.
The outer slipcover is a bit tatty, but the steelbook, artbook and slipbox are all mint. Once I've traded in my standard edition Gears 2, the LE upgrade will have only set me back £5 or £6.
I did the same thing with the Gears 1 LE set, upgrading from the standard release.

I might post a few pics tomorrow.

From what I could see from the item picture, the fear 3 collectors edition UK steelbook is going to be white with a 3 or something on the front. The FS release looks much different, great now I have to find a way to get the FS version lol anyone want to ship one to me?

So Duke Nukem dropped to $53.99 on FS's website. Placed a PO for it.

Do we know if all the cases will be G1 or G2? Or is it a total guessing game like MK? What about the F3AR size?

Sorry if I was unclear, I didn't actual pay the $20 at the time of order, but as part of my order there is
- item cost ($80)
- shipping cost ($11)
- import fees deposit ($20)

I don't pay until it ships, I just don't know why Amazon.com charges that fee when uk, de and ca don't

I am willing to bet that all collectors editions of ME3 are going to be either tin like ME1 or steelbook like ME2, probably the latter, I'm just gonna pre order it here in the states and if worse comes to worse I'll order it elsewhere for the steelbook.

Anyone know how to get things ordered to the states from Future Shop? I didn't think that I could but want to make sure since I'm going to have to track down a copy of that Fear 3 steelbook. Update: I tried calling them but couldn't get anyone and when filling out order info it rejected my "postal code" ): So I'm going to assume that I cannot order to the U.S.

And to the person looking for the duke Nukem steel, there is a pre order on ebay but it's expensive and I'm sure this guy is basically ripping everyone off by pre ordering the game with the "free" steelbook and then selling the steelbooks individually, can't say I blame him, good way to make a profit i guess.

Update: To the starter of the thread and updater of the list I think you should make separate releases for the Fear 3 collectors edition and the Fear 3 Future shop exclusive. From the pictures I have seen the CE will be white with pictures etc and the FS edition will be black. Just a thought.

For those of you interested in the futureshop release, theres a guy on ebay selling ps3 and xbox 360 copies. The game + steel is marked up pretty good so if you live in another country you might want to ask him about just the steelbook by itself and just buy the reg game where your at etc. I have done some business with him already and hes legit, he also is willing to help me get any future shop future releases, so he's not bad to consider.

it does only list the 360 version when you search the site, but if you add the PS3 version of the game to your cart it shows the PS3 steelbook in your order.

AFAIK, all Future Shop PS3 SteelBooks have been G2.

In other words, I have never seen them give out a G1 SteelBook with a PS3 game.
