Finally finished some covers for the extended versions of the first two Hobbit movies I've been working on for awhile. The background for the first one was a HUGE pain in the a** to get right. I had to basically draw about 13 layers of smoke and then apply the texture to it. I thought about making the second one more of a stone texture, like the official cover, but didn't like the look of it. I did get a kind of neat effect though just from blending the two textures together.

You are correct, it would not have the same feel with all the fold lines out, it is supposed to look old and battered.

I also have a great variant cover for Captain America: Civil War already mostly made. I can't wait to show everyone, but it has to wait until the right time.

Long time readers of this forum will remember me from my World War II collection and James Bond series Blu-ray covers (among other things). After working DVD covers for awhile I am moving back into the Blu-ray realm with some wishlist titles.

This is a Work In Progress, with part of the front done but not much else in a "When Eight Bells Toll" custom:




Alistair MacLean fans will recognize the logo as coming from the Fontana paperbacks, which is the series of covers that adorned most of the books when I read them as a pre-teen and teen in the UK back in the 1970s and 1980s.

I've started up again making custom covers for my favorite movies, with single releases being Criterion-inspired (but not exact fake Criterion covers) while trying to consolidate multiple films in a series into one box.

So this one is for Scream 1-4, including 2 bonus discs (one from the DVD collector's set, the other from the 4 film blu-ray set). It's made for a 6 disc 15mm case.



This one is my first "Criterion Inspired" blu-ray cover for one of my favorite films: Atonement. It's made for standard Criterion blu-ray cases.

I finally manage to finish (more or less) my covers to "The Wolverine" and "Days of Future Past". The spines are similar to my custom Marvel Studios covers so they match. Covers are in polish.

I made 2 custom covers for the Region Free blu-ray of "The Core." Version 1 is a combo pack (blu-ray and DVD) since the blu-ray doesn't contain any special features, only on the DVD. Version 2 is a bare bones blu-ray only edition. If anyone wants a full resolution file of either cover, PM me. The resolution in the files below is significantly reduced. Also be sure to let me know which version you want.
