Anyone got custom covers (either original poster artwork or VHS inspired) for Revenge of the Nerds, Better Off Dead, Nightmare On Elm Street 1--7, Karate Kid I & II or the original Planet of the Apes films???

What type of printers do you guys use to print these custom BD covers? The one I use is an HP inkjet and the little text isn't sharp enough... There is also a weird pattern in solid colors, like grainy... Any advice???

You might have to print it off at at least 300ppi.

Printed off three of lomadu's covers to condense some franchises in the collection:

I accidentally cut the ANoES cover too far on the sides, which is why it doesn't go as far as the others do. Fortunately, the case is black so it doesn't stick out too much.

And I also used one of his Halloween covers to house all of my old Halloween DVDs.

I requested a few covers from him as well, so I'll be sure to post a photo once they're fulfilled. Great work again, man!

Ok, so, these could be considered complete but I am considering these as WIP. Only because there are some elements that are not the greatest quality. If someone can help me with getting a few HQ elements so that I can replace what I have that would be awesome. IF you want them as-is then I can do that as well, but you've been warned. lol.

What I am looking for in HQ: (if possible)

Part 1 - An HQ of the letter for the back cover and the "Media" logo

Part 2 - any good quality versions of ANY of the images. I did the best I could with what I could find.

Part 3 - HQ "Nelson Entertainment" logo

Most people are using Photoshop but I started out with Paint now I'm onto Paint.net and once I master that, I hope to be using Gimp.

After you finish a cover, what is the best file type to save them as?
