What the hell? I seriously don't get Kiffin to FAU. It's a dead end job. The legendary Howard Schnellenberger (guy who built the Canes into a national power) coached there for over a decade in his later years and even he couldn't do much to turn around that program. Surely Kiffin could have landed a better head coaching job.

My college, Youngstown State University, advanced over the weekend to the Semifinals in the Division 1 FCS Playoffs. They will be playing this weekend @ Eastern Washington.

Nice. North Dakota St. Seems to be dominating against this year though. This would be their 6th straight national title if they win 2 more games

As far as Ohio goes I was surprised to see Mount Union upset in the D3 tournament. That school has a ridiculous 12 national titles.

Who just got the top QB in the nation to commit? CU did. Most if not all consider Trevor Lawerence the best high school QB in the nation. Top 2017 and now top 2018 QB committed. Looking forward to seeing him in Tiger town.

North Dakota St.'s national title streak in I-AA is over. They lost in the national semi-final to James Madison. They had won 5 straight national titles and 22 straight playoff games.

Interesting fact. Now Philadelphia Eagles starting QB Carson Wentz won five national championship rings at North Dakota St. since he was on the team for 5 seasons as a 5th year senior.

He actually didn't even play many games in college. He only started like 23 games (less than 2 seasons) in his college career. I figured he'd be a near certain NFL bust but thus far he's been better than expected.

Very hard to go from North Dakota State to starting for an NFL franchise. I give the guy a lot of crap because people say he's better than Dak and because he's an Iggle. However, his offensive line is a sieve and he has no offensive weapons to speak of so it's not really fair to judge him based on this season.

The woman gives him a weak shove, he fakes like he's going to punch her, she gives him a very weak slap then he knocks her out with a vicious right hook. When she's finally helped up you can see her face is bloodied and she's really out of it. He broke her jaw in the incident. Mixon is lucky this didn't go public earlier than now or he'd surely have been kicked off the team and be playing for some low level college program at best. Supposedly Stoops saw the video back in 2014 but still didn't kick him off the team for this.

Wasn't Westbrook also involved in some sort of domestic violence? Must make all Sooner fans very proud. How the hell is Stoops, the AD, and the President not fired after seeing this? Oh yeah he did apologize so never mind.

Well the OU President David Boren is a very politically connected guy. He's a former Governor and Senator and I suspect his political clout makes him difficult to remove.

As for Stoops I think he's equally untouchable so long as the team is successful on the field. Probably same with AD Castiglione, whose been in his position since 1998 with OU athletics very successful under his watch. Though if there has to be a fall guy over this it would probably be the AD.

And yes, Dede Westbrook had two domestic violence arrests in 2012 and 2013 and they still brought him in.

No man should ever hit a woman that hard for any reason or hit a woman period. Hell OJ didn't hit Nichole that hard. Although he did slice her head off.
