I loved the film, same way i do remember liking Mad max fury road a lot in theaters. I do remember because I liked them so much that I went the day after seeing it again.

1000 films? I have like 10 films on my list. Really don’t have time or interest to watch new stuff.

I think I might rewatch TDKR or Spider-Man 2 today.

Are they good adaptations of The Hobbit by JRRR Tolkien? Probably not.

However, as something more akin to a history lesson of the North of Middle Eart about 60 years before the events of The Lord of the Rings, I find it entertaining.

Yes, it's bloated and the romance between the dwarf and elf doesn't work, but I find the films to be pretty consistently entertaining.

Absolutely. The movies do have characters that are not in the book, but that's fine, because the movies are sort of their own separate split off thing. I thought it was nice they had Legolas in there to connect it more with LOTR.

The Hobbit trilogy is definitely entertaining to me. So if that really is unpopular, then consider me unpopular.

I very recently re-watched Ladyhawke. This time around the soundtrack grew on me since the last time, and so did Broderick's character. The whole film grew on me much more. I like it more now than before.
