Here's what I DO know...I preordered one copy and the email Target sent me shows the Bane cover.
So could someone please post the link for the Batman cover? That's what I thought.
You are stretching to assert that this discussion even has a point. At the moment, there is an ad several months before release day that strongly indicates two different covers. There is nothing else either way. Maybe it is lenticular, maybe one will be an in-store exclusive, maybe the website plans to ship out covers at random, or maybe Target.com just hasn't put the second link up. Release day is still awhile away.

In the meantime, there's no need to attack other another fan who originally used the qualifier "apparently" when making the claim about two books. This means, again, that nobody is claiming to know 100%.

Stating fact is attacking? Never knew that.

exactly...some people just like to argue on forums...the only 'fact' currently available is based on several reputable news sites mentioning 2 different Target exclusives being released but apparently a few people need a notarized affidavit from Warner Bros. as proof...don't understand why certain people are so skeptical

either way it's not the end of the world if there is only 1 Target exclusive and the earlier articles were wrong

Now you're spreading misinformation. Those sites that you quoted, while reputable, are only linking the exact same Target page we all have seen. They have no "inside information".
So, for you, to pass what these sites say as fact is actually wrong.
That's what I'm trying to tell you, but you don't want to listen...and therefore chalk it up to arguing.
Maybe there will be 2 different covers, maybe there won't. I'm just saying, right now, according to the SOURCE, which is Target, there is only one book to order.
Not an affidavit, but an official press release...like with every other BD released.
That's the one thing I do agree with, it won't be the end of the world.

you're the one spreading misinformation...nowhere did I ever state that it was 'fact'...you keep using that word, not me or anyone else...all that has been said is that there have been many articles (even one on this very site) stating that there will be 2 Target releases...that's it, nothing more...that info is not speculation, it's based on the articles

speculation is being certain that there will not be 2 covers despite info to the contrary...all we have to go on presently is the info that is currently available...and that info points to 2

you're the one who even went so far as to claim that the 2nd Batman cover was just the front/rear art, and they have the spine pictured on the wrong side

Okay, clearly comprehension is not your strong suit. Which makes this back/forth that much more difficult.

Maybe there will be 2 different covers, maybe there won't

The only FACT is this: Right now there is only one cover to order.

I'll ask this again: If you can provide me 2 different order links, I'd be thankful.

Until then, there will only be speculation surrounding this Target exclusive.

To put it simply, there's a 50/50 chance that there are two books or one with a lenticular cover. While numerous sites have posted two covers, as of now there is only one pre-order of the digibook on Target's site, with both pictures in the listing. There is no proof that there aren't two, and there is no proof that there's only one. From what I've seen of digibooks, the image is normally across the entire front, whereas for TDKR, it cuts off on each side, which is common with lenticular covers.

there you go with the insults again...that's what people usually do when they don't have an argument

again: Target only has 1 exclusive currently up on there website...this does not mean that sometime from now through December that they will not have the other one...relax and give it some time...I'm going by what the articles state..if in the future something changes then so be it but right now all we have to go by is what was given to us

What is there to argue?

That's my point: There is no argument.
You've linked sites reporting the news...I went directly to their source. So?

I've only stated fact, as based on the source...which, in this case, is Target.

There isn't one website that has written about the digibook that has additional info about it. It all comes from that one product page or rumblings from threads like this. Do you agree or disagree with that Titus?

Again, you are not comprehending.
I don't care what deal WB has with Target. I'm talking about you posting other fanboy sites mentioning the TWO target books, then all those sites use ONE source: Target.

Yes, please post again, once the Target exclusives have been officially announced. Thank you.
