I'm still in debate on which version to buy. I would like the Limited Edition Bat Cowl but don't want to spend the extra $$ just for a mask. If that came with the steelbook than no question I would buy it. But I may end up with BB Steelbbok. Since I have never did a movie pre-order from Target (and still may). How does that work? I'm assuming its the same as BB or Amazon if I do a pre-order and change my mind I can cancel with no hassel?

I preordered the 'cowl' from amazon but am also getting the steelbook as well. Then I'll have all three steelbooks.

DC Entertainment just posted a look at the new The Dark Knight Trilogy Limited-Edition Gift Set. They want $36, but it appears to be the same edition as is listed on Amazon for $30 with free shipping. You get all the discs and features that came with the original releases [1 disc for Batman Begins and 2 each for The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises (each as they were originally released)]. A comprehensive list of all the special features is available in a review posted by M. Pereira on Amazon. The set also includes a 64 page preview booklet of the 304 page hardcover book ($22), The Art and Making of The Dark Knight Trilogy.
It appears to be a great deal in that The Dark Knight Rises alone is currently priced at $25 - although, I'm sure that the stripped down artwork is designed to get folks to keep their original copies rather than sell them. Other than that, I see nothing missing. Let me know if you do.

they just post the missing featurette, its another 4min so ending the knight is a total of 107 min + 60min of the batmobile doc and the trailer tvspot which shud be almost 20min= 187min so yes its 3 hours of extras not counting the art galleries

So i'm quite convinced atm that the digibook is lenticular. Not 100% confirmed of course but here's why i think it is:
If you look left to the artwork in the area between the spine and the image you can see the part is black, a bit on the right as well. All of the Warner digibooks, and any other for that matter have the main image all the way to the spine. The reason it would be like this would be to accommodate the lenticular cover, which of course can't be bent.
Here's what i mean:

So yeah, in my opinion its pretty safe to say the digibook is lenticular.

Nope, I don't even have any digibooks and I realized the difference. That's normally one of the biggest signs with lenticular covers.
