As a Thorn user, I actually have switched out to using The Messenger in PVP to free up an exotic slot. Two-burst head shot kills with precise stability and amazing range, or body-shot burst to activate perk to then head-shot burst to kill.

With third eye, it's a freight train of a pulse rifle that lets me use my anti-shotgun device, the Plan C.

Note: I do actually go with Thorn + shot package shotgun for some maps.

Yeah some of the Trials weapons look great. If they had a no fire teams allowed matchmaking mode I'd be all over it. As a someone with limited experience with PVP in this game I have zero interest in being fodder for the elitists

I am out of shards, energy, motes, coins, and glimmer and I still cannot get this new Felwinter's Lie to re-roll with Shot Package and Luck in the Chamber.

Gunsmith: "Keep our city safe, Guardian."
Me: "How the hell am I supposed to keep anything safe if you keep ****ing me with these perks?"

Wasted all my motes on engrams trying for the new warlock chest. Ended up with a pile of chest pieces for hunters and titans , I have 3 warlocks

My Felwinters dropped with Void, shot package, final round, and two range boosting perks (Rifled barrel). It's really just a sniper rifle. Killing at 15 feet away. I hated them until I got one!

The only thing I dislike is the slow fire rate. If I'm surrounded, my Dead Orbit shotty can pump out hurt faster with less impact and range. But nothing is more satisfying than shotgunning someone far away.

I don't really care about Final Round, as my Found Verdict is Full Auto and Final Round, but that definitely sounds cool!

So yeah, last night I was running round with a < 331 Thorn in Iron Banner! lol, this morning I took a closer look and realized that it had not been ascended, arg! Kicking myself, though it was still doing some decent damage.

First thing when I log in I am gonna ascend it and finish upgrading it.

We were going to do a 35. Are you interested in that or did you just need a 34?

Does anyone still need a 32? I wasn't going to do any of them because of the all-strength helmet but decided I want to do just one to grab a helmet to stay a 34 with my don't touch me gloves on. I'll be off and on most of the day if anyone wants to knock one out.

well, i finally hit level 33. it only took 2 dlc pack to get there.

helmet:
