I'm starting to think 4K is a bust. I've picked up all the 4K titles I was interested in, including a few I've regretted for whatever reason, and haven't purchased a new one since The Predator in December. I don't see anything exciting on the horizon (I should note I'm mainly interested in pre-2000's films). There just doesn't seem to be anything happening. Alien 40th Anny is coming up and that's great but that's about it for me.

i'm sure it'll be a while before a lot of the earlier movies get put on 4k.

My employer rolled out some new policies this week. I'm curious how long it'll take before my lazy coworkers start dropping like flies. Our rollover is high enough, we're currently overworked as it is, it's going to be an interesting year...

Just read an article stating that Mary Poppins is racist because when they're all on the rooftops with soot on their faces from the chimneys, it's a form of black face. Then when Mary Poppins takes out her makeup and applies more soot, it's her applying black face.

I can't stand my generation sometimes..

Everybody is a victim these days. Mostly those that actually aren't. Social media gives these people a platform they didn't have before.

Oh they did that here too except they're not new policies, they're the same old policies that some of my co-workers have trouble following. Amusing that a bunch of people got fired right after that. Some people really do have problems following rules in the workplace.

We have a no cellphone "policy" here at work. Prepress just installed a high dollar Ubiquiti wireless router in their room. All of their equipment is hard wired.
