Well play.com are displaying the car with all the other stuff including the tin so looks like it.If The Dark Knight is anything to go buy though it'll just be cheap plastic with not much detail.Your best bet is to get the tin then buy a proper replica model of the car like the one ive pictured from play for £29.99 or even better the railroad version.

How likely is there to be an epic deal for the tin on Black Friday?

I'm debating on whether to cancel my pre-order or not.

Wait, do they even have Black Friday here in the UK?

I know Play.com show the model with the other stuff, but then Amazon don't mention the extras on the Delorean page. I do actually have 1:24 scale models of all three versions of the Delorean, but I just think the mid-flight model looks cool.

I was going to just get the digipack, but having seen that pic of the tin set there's no going back now. That's just too much good stuff to pass up, and the tin looks terrific. Not bothered about the delorean as there's better replicas out there; yet the rest of the set is amazing.

Most likely, but not confirmed yet. I can't think of an Universal release that's region locked.

Any idea if this is limited to how many copies? The rarer it is, the more I'd want it

Everyone in other parts of the world are becoming aware of this set. If you want it, you had better order soon.

i am considering pre-ordering the limited tin set on amazon.co.uk and have it shipped to me in the usa. has anyone here in the usa used amazon.co.uk before and have any problems with their shipment or product?

based on what everyone is saying that the universal uk blu-rays will play on usa players leaves me pretty confident, but is it possible they can change that starting with this release?

There won't be any Black Friday deals in the UK. Black Friday over here is the last friday before Christmas. Instead of going to spend tons of money in shops, everyone spends tons of money in pubs and bars instead.

yeah, black friday is based around thanksgiving which of course we don't have in the UK. There will probably be some heavy reductions in the weeks leading up to christmas, but the tin is 'limited edition' so I'm not sure it'll ever go for much less than it's there for now. But you never know how 'limited' something is until it goes OOP do you?

Haha, so true. Pretty much our Black Friday is the first day of January when all the shops put a sale on.

as far as I know all Universal Pictures UK titles to date are region free.
don't see why they would start with a title they own the US rights to as well.
