I paid but I have no account of my payment ANYWHERE! (I can see only a part of the sum that was approved in my bank info [one part was paid from my paypal balance and the remaining part from my bank)
I can't see my transaction in paypal history and I didn't receive an email of receipt from paypal.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If the credit card companies are receiving the transaction details the it is only a matter of time before the Paypal system catches up. Worst case scenario, after a day or two, we just arrange for payment again should Paypal not actually have any follow-thru on today's attempt.

We have until Oct 17th to pay Kevin. No need to be

But it has happened to you before?

My mentioning of the Oct 17th payment deadline had nothing to do with "losing the steelbook." It was simply a reassurance that we have a lot of time to see this whole situation with Paypal and our payment source providers rectified.
