Are trailers ever an indication from Arrow that they also have the rights to sequels? I see that it says “the entire franchise.” I’m hoping that also means the underrated television series. It had some amusing TV spots.

Maybe the customer doesn't want a store credit to force you to spend your money with them, some people want their money back.

I really like Diabolik, but I didn't know this. I reeaaally feel like no refunds for a cancellation violates some consumer laws.

Edit: Perhaps they will ban me from being able to order from them ever again, even though they are at fault, but I don't give two ****s.

They've paid with cash money and they should be refunded with cash money, and shouldn't be forced to spend it as a store credit, so the merchant can keep your money. That's shady!

And if so then that's highway robbery and theft because, people change their mind all the time, (they have that right) but that doesn't give anybody an excuse to keep your money. It's not theft. It's policy. Rules. That are clearly stated on their website. You even have to click a box that specifically says; " I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions" before you can finalize your order.

Their rules on Returns clearly states the following;

"Returns

All sales are final EXCEPT for defective discs (please see below).

Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title only. We will not take back titles that will not play in your player due to PAL or regional coding.

Furthermore, we are aware that many of these ‘modified’ and ‘region free’ players are very temperamental. When possible, please try the disc in another player before contacting us for a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If for any reason, a refund/return is absolutely necessary, a 15% restocking fee will apply (For Example – If you order a $100 disc, you will be charged $15 restocking fee if you return it). All refunds for any reason are in store credit only

Returns must be sent back within 15 days. Please do not send back a disc without notifying us first or it will be returned to you.

Thought I read that they won't do a straight refund but that you're given store credit. Slightly unusual policy I suppose but I have no intention of trying to cancel and lord knows I don't trust Amazon to handle or package anything with care.

No need to call people suckers and fools because they understand the store's policy and are willing to buy from them.

The policy is clearly outlined on the website. If you don't like the policy, shop elsewhere. This item will be for sale elsewhere shortly. It won't sell out by tomorrow.
