“Theatrical trailers, TV and radio spots for the original film as well as trailers for the entire Tremors franchise”

Are trailers ever an indication from Arrow that they also have the rights to sequels? I see that it says “the entire franchise.” I’m hoping that also means the underrated television series. It had some amusing TV spots.

If a customer want to cancel their order and get a cash refund (not a store credit for an excuse to keep your money), they should be able to with no questions asked. To me that's unconscionable and shady.

And people is entitled to a cash refund if it's requested too, and not a unfair clause to forfeit it for the merchant to keep your money.

Maybe the customer doesn't want a store credit to force you to spend your money with them, some people want their money back.

I really like Diabolik, but I didn't know this. I reeaaally feel like no refunds for a cancellation violates some consumer laws.

Ah well that's not no refund then. It's just not an ideal one, but it's not terribly uncommon either.

If you just change your mind, then I agree that people should be reading their policies before ordering and shouldn't be granted a refund, however, if there is an issue with an order, that BS can't be enforced by them... A24 are about to discover that from me, my credit card company are about to process a charge back for my Midsommar 4K purchase that arrived damaged, twice, due to their negligence.

Edit: Perhaps they will ban me from being able to order from them ever again, even though they are at fault, but I don't give two ****s.

For whatever the reason, if people want a cash refund, they are entitle to it. People change their mind all the time, but that doesn't give anybody an excuse to keep your money! They've paid with cash money and they should be refunded with cash money, and shouldn't be forced to spend it as a store credit, so the merchant can keep your money. That's shady!

Not a fan of this film but I'm thrilled now that Arrow is consistently releasing films in 4K. Wonder what they have planned for January.

Rules aren't the same everywhere, that can depend on each countries legislation.

And if so then that's highway robbery and theft because, people change their mind all the time, (they have that right) but that doesn't give anybody an excuse to keep your money. For instance: If you've pre-ordered $300.00 or more at Diabolik and for whatever reason you changed your mind, are you going to let them keep your $300.00? Hell no. Nobody would! You'll want your money back.

They also did that for Pitch Black.

Yes, and isn’t the current rumor that they also have The Chronicles of Riddick? Or was that just some wishful thinking from folks in that thread?

It's not theft. It's policy. Rules. That are clearly stated on their website. You even have to click a box that specifically says; " I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions" before you can finalize your order.

Their rules on Returns clearly states the following;

"Returns

All sales are final EXCEPT for defective discs (please see below).

Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title only. We will not take back titles that will not play in your player due to PAL or regional coding.

Furthermore, we are aware that many of these ‘modified’ and ‘region free’ players are very temperamental. When possible, please try the disc in another player before contacting us for a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If for any reason, a refund/return is absolutely necessary, a 15% restocking fee will apply (For Example – If you order a $100 disc, you will be charged $15 restocking fee if you return it). All refunds for any reason are in store credit only

Returns must be sent back within 15 days. Please do not send back a disc without notifying us first or it will be returned to you.

If you are sending back a defective disc DO NOT CLEAN IT OR USE A DISC ‘FIXER’ IF YOU DESTROY THE DISC USING ONE OF THESE, THE DISC IS YOURS – DEFECTIVE OR NOT. We have to return these discs to our distributors and the use of these devices or a coarse cleaning cloth, such as a paper towel, prohibits us from sending them back."

It's no different than other companies with their policies. You agree to those terms when you make the purchase; you have to otherwise you can't complete the purchase. If someone doesn't wanna be bothered to read, that's on them. So stop with the "it's theft" b/s when if anything it's more or less a contract with the buyer agreeing to their terms when making the purchase. Their terms are clearly stated in black and white. Get. Over. It.

All sales are final, now ain't that a bi**h! If anybody agrees with those terms then they're a fool because, you're giving permission and allowing them to take advantage to rip you off, but some people just don't care.

Can't wait for "It looks softer than the BD" comments, which are always the case when it comes to remasters of old, sharpened to death crap.

Thought I read that they won't do a straight refund but that you're given store credit. Slightly unusual policy I suppose but I have no intention of trying to cancel and lord knows I don't trust Amazon to handle or package anything with care.

No need to call people suckers and fools because they understand the store's policy and are willing to buy from them.

The policy is clearly outlined on the website. If you don't like the policy, shop elsewhere. This item will be for sale elsewhere shortly. It won't sell out by tomorrow.
