No. I think that was only done for its release in Japan. This is a new film scan.

Anyone care to help understand what the commentary track is saying at 1hr 20min he says something like Tinley Junction, but that’s not it, what movie is he referring to in the commentary at that time mark? He did not pronunciate it clearly what he was trying to say.

Haven’t even received my copy yet but if I had to take a guess based on your post, I’d say Two Moon Junction? The Sherilyn Fenn movie from 1988.

I'm just hoping I'm not going to be frozen out of the booklet- which was the main reason I popped for the slipcase direct.

That has to be it, listen to it when you get it, it is so babbled as he was trying to say it so fast it made no sense, luckily I was able to piece out junction; thanks for completing the mystery on the commentary.

A couple of pics of the scene have appeared in promotional material and it's described in the paperback novel but it never made into the movie, so unless there's a deleted scenes feature on the bluray it's a lost scene that we'll never get to see.

I ordered the slipcover version of Heavenly Bodies (they had Paradise, too) off Diabolikdvd when they had copies available a while back. I’m sure those will be shipping soon now that Fun City are getting their copies out.

I think you're too late to get the deluxe version with the slipcover and booklet, but Deep Discount has the standard version for $24.14 US.

I don't know if they ship to Canada, so you'll have to check their international country list as it can change.

I pre-ordered both this and Heavenly Bodies with the slipcovers, they shipped out last week and were due to be delivered this past Saturday. Unfortunately I was at an all-night Horrorthon at the Aero when they were supposedly delivered...when I got back home at 6am, the package was nowhere to be found. Went to USPS and they showed me some GPS image of the package being scanned at my building and said all I can do is file a claim. This is so disappointing.
