I already posted something like this a couple of months back in the off topic discussion (with the addition of which console they played first) but for me, it would probably have to be Columns for the Mega Drive/Genesis.

Spy Hunter for a Mac that you had to have a floppy disc in when you turned it on for it to work.

Remember Collicovision a little bit at my cousin's house.

First console: Super Mario Bros for NES.

Let me think ... my very first video game was a game on small flat black/white LCD device called Game & Watch. The game was called Turtle Bridge. It was back in the early 80's and I was a little kid.

God now I have a strong yearning to get that game again and play it
