Got some great blu's this year.

I technically only got 1 Blu for Christmas: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

But I already owned that, so I exchanged it for Wall-E.

But I also got $40, which I used to buy the Pirates of the Caribbean box-set from Best Buy when they had it on sale very briefly last week for $49.99 (now its $70 again).

Then I got a $25 gift-card for Borders, which I used to buy 2001: A Space Odyssey.

These two look so great paired together, don't they? (In fact, Wall-E obviously draws a lot of inspiration from 2001.)



Tomorrow I'll be getting another $25 gift-card for Best Buy. I'm not sure yet what I'll get with it...maybe Wanted or Eagle Eye, but I have yet to read many good words about it...

Here's the offspring (2-yrs-old) watching Wall-E; he sure does love it. He says, "He's cute to me."



Another great thing is that my birthday was on Dec. 10. For that I got The Dark Knight, and enough cash to buy The Godfather: The Copolla Restoration, as well as The Departed, Live Free or Die Hard, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull from Best Buy each for $16.99!

I also got Kung Fu Panda for my son. It was a Blu Christmas around here.
