They sent you a $9 coupon toward $9 off any movie or DVD. I have used mine at Best Buy, got Prometheus 3D for $1 paid $19.99 - $5 manufactor coupon - $9 M&M coupon - $5 price match the other day when dropped to $14.99. It is nice when a plan comes together.

This the only promotion I have seen like this.
Is that still an active promotion? This is the first I've heard of it, so I never listed it in the OP.

It was around in the summer, it was back when we were debating whether we wanted a non-movie movie cash one... you had to buy 3 big bangs of M&Ms and it had that instant win game as well. You had to enter the codes by like august 31st or so, it's long expired. But tickets are good through December I believe.

[Show spoiler](and I can confirm that it gives $10 movie cash)
.

No update on the Pixar Shorts Collection V2, though. Can somebody, who has the DMC flyer post a scan of it that shows it as being one of the eligible titles? thx.

Just a heads up - I was at Best Buy earlier today and they had a display case for movie cash. LOTR blu-rays obviously, but they also had some of the Harry Potter titles with the Hobbit cash. I'll take a pic if I end up going there tomorrow again.

My apologies if this has already been mentioned before.

This is the first mention of the HP's with Hobbit cash. Thanks!

Oh I thought that was already known, I guess I saw that in another thread... yea it's most of the harry potter's (if not all) at $9.99 (some had a sticker price that was $12.99 or $14.99, but obviously the sticker isn't always right).

So pretty good deal if you don't have any of those movies.

The LOTR steelbooks at Best Buy for $9.99 also had $5 movie money on it for The Hobbit. Sorry if this was already posted.

From what I saw fandango even canned the $10 movie codes since they moved the minimum purchase value up to $15

In one Fandango link, the $10 was eliminated. In another Fandango link, the $10 is still an option (just confirmed). A search will give you more information.

Father in law bought me a bond movie with the movie cash sticker torn off. I could make out the code on the wrapping but as expected it was already used. I wrote them but I don't expect anything. I'd take back but I know they'd think I was the one who did it.

By the way, any reason the Harry Potter movies haven't been added to the list of things with Hobbit movie money? All eight have them at Best Buy (one of the ones near me even had a LotR end-shelf with them in it).

no, just laziness

Actually, the last several days I was out of town for the holiday. I was on the forum occasionally with a brief post, but from my phone editing the OP would have been a pain. Adding them now

Found another one and added to OP for early 2013 - Beautiful Creatures, which as far as I can tell is (or at least wants to be) Twilight with witches. Redemption site goes live January 11, movie opens February 13. So again, nothing's out there yet, but let us know if you see something.

YES! I was hoping some Jack Reacher were going to come... just saw a commercial for Playing for Keeps yesterday, might be a fun movie to see if cheap.

Will keep my eyes out when I go to BBY tomorrow just incase!

Thanks for all your work as always!
