I don't think you can. You can't do CC's over Live Chat at least I don't think you can.
And I don't mind calling, the staff are always nice to me.

Why can't they just say "please hold" in a normal voice?

Alright fixed the card issues with rigjtstuf the new card came today. Well let's hope when season 2 comes out I don't run into any problems

haha yes I 100% agree with you there. I hate calling in the morning and it is really loud.

Once you get past that though they are pretty nice.

Anyone know when season 1 part 2 blu Ray will ship? Last I check which was a few days ago Rightstuf website said it was on back order.

Alright just checked the rightstuf website now says shipping date is Jan 7th which was yesterday and that it hasn't shipped yet. Then it says on order from manufacturer. So is this a system error?

Edit: I just checked out the page for S1V2 and it's listed as 2-10-15 "More Arriving Soon!" I don't know where you were seeing that.

Seriously, just wait for it to come out.

Well the last order was sent early before street date release so I'm asking in case it ships early I wanna know if everyone that pre order are getting them or not.

Not as early as you seen to be hoping for.

And most of us on this board will post about it when we get shipping notifications: the fact that nobody has yet should pretty clearly mean that they haven't. It's not like we're all keeping it secret.

Here is what I suggest you do Frozendisneyfan. Call the 1-800 number tomorrow. Ask them to check on the status of your order. Make sure you have the order number to give to them as it makes it easier for them to check. Have them check on the status and ask them if it came in early and is getting ready to ship. That is all you really have to do.

We finally watched the first BD disc to today and I must say the dub is utterly fantastic. It sounded good in the clips, but finally sitting down and watching it was a real treat. I thought I was going to have to work hard to get used to Sheh's voice, but I was into her Usagi in mere minutes. It is just down right amazing and shows when a company cares about making a great English dub, it can be done. I also need to apologize to those No DNR purists out there, but I found nothing wrong with the video quality at all. I never once saw any ghosting nor did I have a problem with the lack of grain. In fact, the show has never looked better. The episodes themselves are a mixed bag, with the really terrible work out one to the incredible (and my favorite episode of the Jadeite arc) with the Succubus and the cassette tape one. The thing I love about the tape one is that it just feels different from the other episodes and really stands out. Plus, it shows how Usagi can be really amazing on her own she puts her mind to it. She did not even need Tuxedo Mask to show up to help her. I look forward to watching the next disc, but I think I am going to do them once a week since it is still another month until Volume 2 comes out.
