anyone notice brightness change during scenes with dolby vision?

only watched it for the second time the other night now i have a UB820 player so can get dolby vision and there was at least 2 scenes where it just changed brightness (of top of my head one was in the cemetery)

first time wouldnt have noticed as the UB700 would only allow me to watch in HDR
