Whining? Have I or anyone else come here and attacked the man bc our blu rays haven't arrived yet? No. You know what's really not necessary? You coming in here and whining about whining.

I received my Savage Streets BD yesterday, and I'm in Ohio. I'm not sure if CR has any rhyme or reason to processing/shipping orders.

Seems like a lot of people that orders just savage streets got theirs already. Maybe smaller orders are just getting out a little faster

So" blah indeed" isn't whining? You know what isn't necessary is you being a troll and saying youre not whining when you really are.
And still my comment wasn't actually directed at you per se, but there you are responding to it. Nobody has any patience these days

Youre just going to have to wait like the rest of us. The blus will arrive

Coming in is thread and whining about whiners is trolling sir. It's also hypocritical. If blah indeed is to much for you to take without leaving a nasty comment about how all this whining isn't nessacary, then I suggest you avoid forums. I expressed minor disappointment with the fact that my order hasn't arrived. I didn't launch into a tirade about how bill is incompetent because my blu rays aren't here yet.

You know what. I'm sorry, I should have left you a response that read like this....

Yes papa I promise to be more patient in the future. I know how my impatience can try your patience and I don't want to suffer the fury of your wrath.

LOL You're really good at commenting behind your computer aren't you, another mighty person behind their PC leaving comments ...You probably aren't even half the person outside of your PC virtual world.
I prefer not to read a million rants and raves , complaints over the same thing. Not necessary
No one said you launched a tirade. The fact that you did post a *minor disappointment* is whining but my comment was not directed at you. But I do love reading your comments that you could only do while hiding behind your computer..in fact I love them so much that I have to use my ignore user (thank you to the member who showed me how to do that) feature so I don't waste too much previous time reading them. I want to talk film, not read endless posts about people not getting their damn parcels yet !

Welcome to the Code Red thread..
Sheesh, forums are so difficult to keep peaceful and pleasant at times.
I haven't gotten my parcel yet either but I don't care, I know its coming. I only ordered a couple and he said he was mailing out some non 5 movie bundle ones..
Im anxious to read some thoughts on those who have the Redeemer though..

No, I dont, sorry. Got my own stuff to deal with.

He does it all by himself, amazing, yes, probably not healthy physically or mentally, but there you go.

Interesting, all by himself, incredible ! Glad I don't claim to know everything...It just seemed logical (to me anyway) for family members to help each other out - especially when Bill talks about his health openly on Facebook.. that really is amazing. Im glad I made that post even though I was wrong !

I feel ya buddy. Im mildly disapointed as well, but only because I'm leaving town on Thursday to go to a horror convention, and I was hoping Linda Blair could sign my copy of Savage Streets. Previous to this order, Code Red has been the fastest company as far as shipping goes. And lots of people apparently do have their order, but I understand as there was five new releases and alot of orders. Anyway, hopefully it will be here tommorow... :/ Code Red still rocks though.

I imagine being a small business the man known as "Code Red" probably feels obligated to do the packaging himself; imagine all the chaos a careless employee could make with mistakes on limited run items. Quality control would be a nightmare.

I haven't received my order yet and I'm also in Kentucky.

With that said, I did order the bundle (so it wouldn't surprise me if those got/are getting shipped later), and I also know he's the only one doing all of this, so it'll get taken care of. He hasn't stiffed me on any orders I've placed, I don't imagine he'll start now...

The interesting thing is that shipping doesn't have to be that stressful... I've never ordered from Code Red before last week with Nail Gun Massacre, so I have no basis for praise or complaint, but in all honesty there is a simple shipping solution if in fact he does have a lot of orders. Since all orders are located in the USA at this time, using flat rate shipping boxes from the USPS would solve most problems. Each order was likely paid for by PayPal, meaning a shipping label with address is already provided by email. During the preorder period he could easily print the label and affix it to a box while waiting on the product. When it arrives he would simply place the movie(s) in the prepared box and then take x# to the post office every other day. The small boxes easily hold 3-4 movies and would ship at the same price (around $5 if I remember correctly) as people buying one movie. Those of us that only purchase one movie offset the cost of others buying in bulk requiring a larger box or 2 separate boxes. Yeah shipping goes up slightly for those of us who only order 1 title, but people buying in bulk get a better rate, and shipping can be simplified to a very quick process.

Youre right, thats what a friend of mine does selling vinyls dvds etc with his label. Makes it a pretty simple if slightly tedious job.

Filling hundred (?) of orders by one's self is going to take time regardless of how prepared you are. It's only been a week, and Sunday doesn't count. He's not Amazon, who has a ton of employees devoted to nothing but shipping, and he doesn't have a deal that lowers costs for shipping the way Amazon does too. How do you know he doesn't have something else happening in his personal life that has to be addressed concurrently? And don't forget, the post office can do a great job screwing things up. It's really not worth getting so worked up over.

I, for one, and not complaining about the shipping time... items seem to be shipping within reason. Just excited to revisit Savage Streets and MMBM along with first time viewing of Neon Maniacs.

Not sure anyone was worked up, but your point is well taken.

My package arrived today but Bill sent me Nail Gun Massacre instead of Neon Maniacs. Grrrr. Rather than annoy him by asking for a replacement I'll just order the right one and sell NGM if I don't like it. Who knows - I might enjoy it. I can't stomach most SOV films but ya never know.
