Embarrassing. They did a subscription years ago and I think those titles still didn't all come out. People are still waiting on MBTS trilogy, Nightmare, Road Meat and probably others. Plus their titles vary greatly. 70s porn, japanese fetish porn, SOV, modern films.

yeah they cant charge subscription when movies take 5 years or more to come out lol or not even get released like Nightmare.

I personally don’t like the idea of the sub package because they technically could get enough subscribers to snatch up the entire print run of MBtS. Don’t really feel like paying $400 on eBay for it, and plus, I have enough subs already.

Can't remember if I posted this here or not but the guy that owns the MV discord (have no idea how he's affiliated with them but the discord is official) says he doesn't even know what Nightmare is. Not sure if he was playing dumb, genuinely doesn't know or if it was silently cancelled. MV has the best elements though. Since they're friends with VS wish they could just give it to them.

Haha! No chance!!! You can’t trust MV to release 1 title on time, let alone a full subscription of titles.

Imagine subscribing, they don’t deliver the titles, you reach out to them and they block you on Facebook. That would be fun when they are holding your hard earned cash. You would have to be a mad man to hand them over a years worth of sub cash up front.

Also you've gotta pay via credit card only, so no real protection (under trusted payment services) if titles aren't delivered.

A mate of mine got blocked because on the 4th anniversary of the Nightmare Fb announcement he tagged them, shared the memory and said... you promised us. He got a laugh react from MV and was blocked, he's on the forum, I'll see if I can get him to tell the story here....

That sounds like Massacre Video down to a tee. But reading that makes me glad, because they have treated their customers like sh!t and now it is coming back to bite them in the a$$ when they want subscribers.

I love how their Rep that was on here's last post was when they were totally going to replace the miscut Toxic Zombies sleeves (April 2021). Sent them messages every couple of months, facebook messages, and twitter messages. Never got one, never got a response. Sold my copy and washed my hands of them. I hope they fold, because whenever I see this thread bumped it's issues with them, their releases and their customer service.

I've said it before, but I don't want labels to fail. The more labels doing well, the better. I wanted Massacre Video to do well.

But these guys are insufferable. Rude, arrogant and no respect for their customer base at all. Dealing with people can be hard work, I get that. I don't like people myself 80% of the time. But, if you can't deal with people, don't take their money and go do something else.
