Does anyone know if you pre-order a title and then the payment fails when they go to charge the card near release date, if you get an option to just sign in and re-attempt payment? Or will they do something silly like auto cancel it?
I have a pre-order that is sold out, but remember having problems with my card previously when it wasn't charged immediately. |

Is it normal to wait for a week for in stock items to dispatch? Ordered 2 in stock (and discounted) steelbooks last weekend and when I queried I just got a canned response about how busy they are. Items ordered still listed as in stock but price has since increased.
Haven't used these guys for years and doubt I will again. |

If Zavvi's Red Carpet gave everyone a 10% off on everything (or even a significant number of items) I think those that have been using HMV religiously would have not only given them a big cash injection with a lot of people taking up (or re-opening) the Red Carpet Membership but also a massive upswing in orders, especially since their packaging, if not their customer service (in my experience at least) is pretty similar the HMV's now... which are both better than Amazon's card envelopes, which they only 'get away with' because their customer service will *usually* sort out complaints/problems quickly and easily... ... sadly we don't have access to their marketing department to point this out! |

Ordered 2 movies from Zavvi in April to be delivered to Dublin.
Got a dispatch notice and tracking info on April 17th. As of today - 11th May - the tracking shows “April 17th Expected from Zavvi’ Contacted Zavvi who replied there’s a glitch with the couriers tracking (I still should have received the items by now) and to contact them again on 16th May if I haven’t received the items. One of the items has now sold out. Ridiculous service. |

Happened to me too. Twice. Exactly like you, the tracking didn’t move, only showing "Expected from Zavvi". First time it happened I asked them to resend the items and I received the items eventually. I just contacted them now that it has happened a second time for another order and will ask them for a refund, and go back to order from Amazon as Zavvi or their courier aren’t reliable.

I registered and tried to order the Nightmare On Elm Street Steelbook collection with a referral code but it won't accept the code. How would I go about entering the code or is not usuable on a pre-order item?
Does anyone have a regular 10% or more discount code I could use? |

Pretty much all their codes don’t work with preorders.
They tend to unlock items for ordering with codes a few weeks after release. Means most codes useless for rare LEs which sell out fast. |
